Helps the side-sleeper hip ache
This knee pillow is unbelievable!! It came by me as i was having some trouble with hip ache & voila – here we are. I use it often & it helps with the side-sleeping. It’s comfortable, actuall stays put, good value & the design fits me perfectly. Be sure to read the spec regarding size. I’m a small woman & needed something not to large, which they have. This came with a velcro extension for someone that would need it.

This pillow is great. I’m having hip replacement surgery and it has helped me to sleep on my side with minimal pain and helps align my hip. I also liked that you can strap the pillow on and it stays in place all night.

Helps with my pain
I had no idea this little pillow would help so much with my hip and leg pain. So glad I found one with a strap. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Occasionally I tire of it during the night or get too hot, so I remove it. But my pain returns within a half hour. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because, once I removed the cover to wash it, I never got it back on and zipped up perfectly. Even tried following instructions from the web site. But it’s on well enough and really eases my pain.

Not what I hoped
This was not the answer I’d hoped. It’s ok as far as comfort, but just for the knee area. In the end, I prefer having my whole leg elevated. Sometimes, I roll over to my back in my sleep, so that negates this item altogether.

And Just Like That, The Pain Was Gone!
This is a “TOP SHELF” item! No issues with velcro edge exposed and cutting me. Love that you can tighten the strap around your leg, so it stays in one spot on either leg. It comes with aan extension strap for bigger legs too. I love that it is not a elastic one piece strap that you have to bend down or pull your leg up over your foot to slide it onto your leg, like the competition. If you have back pain, sliding a pillow with a continuous strap over your foot would be brutal! HELLO? The foam inside is memory foam covered in a Gore-Tex type material, so it doesn’t become a giant sweat ball between your legs. The concave at the top of the heart shaped pillow doesn’t interfere with you groin area AKA “Privets”. While other product charge twice a s much, this leg pillow is better than the pillows that charge twice as much. Oh and by the way my sciatica lower back pain was managed after the first nights sleep. This in combination with my inversion table and ice. This was just what I was looking for!

Nice quality, effective
I purchased this specifically because it had an adjustable velcro band with an extension. Everything is nice quality and works well. Pillow stays in place even with all my tossing and turning. The foam seems to hold up and does not go flat as of now. My only complaint is the velcro edges are sharp and uncomfortable on bare legs. I cut the toe off of a tube sock and threaded the band through, and viola no uncomfortable velcro.

I really would recommend for this product. Good row material is excellent. The adjustable Leg strap with extension is strong ( Good row material). I mean that the material it is made of …is kind of strong and does not wear out with the passage of time
