Great heating pad with extra features.
This heating pad is awesome! And very soft. It is big enough to cover my entire back (I’m 6′) and the collar covers my neck and shoulders, providing good heat to them as well. The snaps on the collar help to hold it in place, too. The digitally adjustable heat levels are great. I would definitely buy this again.

Best hot pad for chairs.
I have 3. 2 XL for my tall husband and one regular for me. I like the fact the weighted shoulders and lower back keeps it from sliding off when I tie it around my waist. The heat at the neck is so relaxing and I can flip the shoulder back if it is too hot. I do a lot of work in an office chair so it stays on my back when I stand up. With the long cord or an extension cord I can walk short distance and it doesn’t fall off my back.I don’t think I would recommend it for sick people or those who doze off as it could be too hot if they forget to turn it off. Personally I love this hot pad. I also like having one in each chair so I am not unplugging them and moving them around.

Comfortable, Reliable, and Works as Promised
This heating pad does exactly what it claims. It wraps comfortably around the neck and provides soothing relief that extends across the back. The quality feels solid so far, with even heating and simple controls that make it easy to use. It’s comfortable to wear and stays in place better than expected. While time will tell on durability, right now it’s performing just as advertised and has quickly become a go-to for relaxation and pain relief.

Coverage area is great I like the weighting but I wish the waist was a velco flap rather than tie.

It’s functional and easy to use
I’m using this for back purposes, the weight is fine, the size is good, my pain level is intense so I can’t say it relieves my pain but it helps, the functionality is the issue due to the timer that I can’t turn off and that goes up to 90.
