Treat yourself, this is so worth the buy! Easy to use and made well
This is a great buy. I get the worst knots where my neck and shoulders meet from being slumped at a desk all day. I was so impressed by how this worked those knots out. You can even use on your back and lower back by holding it at a lower angle. The sling that holds your arms is where the pressure is applied so you can choose accordingly. The heated setting is a nice feature too. My boyfriend who has a physical job loves this too, I convinced him to try it after a particularly grueling day and he was surprised that it actually made his tight shoulders ease. I think this would make an excellent gift for anyone and a great treat yourself buy that is also very practical. A professional massage is great but I the interest of saving time and money I love this lil self care luxury.

Liked: This device was a great buy for me. The ability to select body area and apply as much pressure as I desired is wonderful. My back, neck, and hamstrings feel better than they have for months. Highly advise giving this device a try. I fully believe you will find a portion of the body it helps.Dis-Liked: (1) The manual direction selection information was not complete—the device functions in a auto-reversing action if no direction is selected when switching it on(this was not mentioned in the manual; however, it is a great function. (2) There is not an indicator for which level the intensity button is selected for……depending on your sensitivity to the speed of the heads, you may be able to determine the level.

Material where massage balls are is very thin
Item arrived well packaged and everything in the box. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Plugged the item in and massager turned on and worked well. Placed massager on my shoulders and could hear the massage balls rubbing against the material. Examined the material where the massage balls are and the material is very thin. After a few usages the material is wearing down and begin to thin out. Have had the product less then a few months so am disappointed that this product did not last as i though it would. Reason for the 3 stars is because the make and qualify of the material where the massage balls are. Prior to the material thinning out, the massage portion did work well, the controls are easy to use and it is very convenient. Just disappointed that it is now tearing and will no longer be able to use.

Die Massage ist kräftig und sehr angenehm, besonders für Nacken und Schultern. Die Wärmefunktion ist ein richtig schönes Extra.Die Bedienung ist einfach und selbsterklärend, auch für meine Eltern, die mit Technik sonst nicht viel am Hut haben. As mentioned in other reviews, this is quite bulky and a bit heavy, but none of that takes away from how good this is! It gives a deep massage with 3 different speeds and the heat function is really good. Comfortable to use and easy to put into the right place. I’m so glad I finally bought this, it has really helped with upper back/shoulder/neck pain.

Très bonne surprise pour le prix ! Le massage est puissant sans être trop fort, et les têtes de massage font vraiment bien le job. La fonction chauffante est top en hiver ou quand on a bien tiré sur la nuque. Je l’utilise surtout pour les épaules et le haut du dos, et ça détend vraiment. L’appareil est bien fini, facile à utiliser, et livré avec un petit sac de rangement bien pratique. Franchement, ça vaut largement son prix.
