Great Shoulder Massager
This shoulder massager works really well and doesn’t need to be held the whole time. The massage strength is great and feels very comfortable. It also has a heating mode, which feels nice and warm in the winter. Plus, it’s lightweight and easy to carry around, perfect for travel or business trips. The effect is great — my whole shoulder feels relaxed after using it.

I absolutely love this TISSCARE Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager! It’s powerful, relaxing, and feels just like a real deep-tissue massage. Defective plug (won’t click/lock into massager)
10/20/25 update: took Tisscare less than a week to send me a new outlet cord with plug that clicks in and stays put. They even sent another car plug. Then they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic customer service! The massager works great for me. It’s capable of giving a deep massage which I like and it’s not just for neck and shoulders -works on back too. Finding best results when leaning on it against back of seat. It’s relatively compact. I’ve seen others that are bulkier. This is a 5 star product for me but took off one star for the initial issue about the cord. Original review: the outlet cord has a defective plug so won’t stay plugged into the massager -it’s missing the notch that clicks and locks it in. The plug for the car adapter has the notch. Emailed Tisscare customer service for another outlet cord. Although it was after business hours in the evening, they surprisingly replied within an hour about sending another cord. Will update when this is resolved.

Great but the plug, nope
Although the product works wonderfully when it works, I am returning it because the cord will not stay plugged in to the massager. It is very loose and The male part falls out of the female part if I even move slightly.Other than that, it’s smaller than the one I was replacing which I like because I can take it to work with me. The heat and the intensity worked great. I just really wish I could get it to stay plugged in.
