Love! Love! Love this journal. I loved it so much I bought 2 more for my daughter’s. I love the daily prompts and how each day is different, the only advice I could offer is adding a space for reflection on how each day went in regards to your To Do, how you are feeling and your Goals. Beautiful quality journal!

I’ve had this journal for 6 months. It’s the first time that I’ve consistently filled out a journal. I modify it and use it as a weekly journal instead of a daily. One of my favorite parts about the journal is that every week it has me focusing on self-care and making sure that I am prioritizing self-care. The questions that they ask vary from page to page. The journal doesn’t feel like a huge time sink, but instead just taking a moment to set your intentions and review what you have completed during the week. There are some blank pages in the back which are helpful for keeping task list or recipes. Whatever floats your boat. And I like the self-assessment at the beginning of the journal

Great quality
I love this journal so far. It has great questions and helps motivate me and reflect. My only suggestion is to make the font a little larger. The examples provided are so tiny I can barely read it. Other than that I am pleased so far and glad I purchased it.

Better than I ever expected!
I have never been interested in keeping a journal. After a family crisis i started seeing a therapist and she suggested it. I tried using a blank notebook and struggled with what to write so I looked for an alternative and found this journal. I like planning out my dat in the .morning and reflecting in the evening. The guided prompts and questions make it easy to fill out and I find I am reflecting a lot on my past and using it to help guide my day to day. It’s not always easy to carve out the time, but that made me realize how little time I gave to myself for my self care. It’s a foreign concept to put myself first but I am happier and feel more balanced.

I love the purple color, it’s the perfect size, fits nicely into my side pocket of my nightstand, love that it has the pen loop to keep it organized. I love the week in review feature, then the monthly growth plan as well. The price was great especially given all of the features it has. Helps show me my growth, or lack of it, asks thought provoking questions to really make you think about yourself. Comes with 3 sets of stickers also.Easy to use, starts on Sunday and week end on Saturday. Starts the day off with today’s main goal, self-care act for the day, I am grateful for, today my affirmation is, a schedule and to do list.Then the evening reflection has your sleep hours, screen time, vitamins, water, caffeine drinks, fruits and veggies, mood, energy, activity, how I felt today, 2 make you really think questions and I’m looking forward to. The week in review changes which is a nice option as well.I wish it was a 6 month or even yearly over being just 4 months is about the only negative thing I can say about it! Even though this is my 2nd one, I’m looking forward to going back and comparing what I wrote in the pervious one to see if I’ve grown and changed!

The BEST planner I’ve ever owned!
Because I liked this journal so much the first time I got it (and they were sold out everywhere for months!) I tried other planners from Clever Fox, and while they’re all good, this one is by far the best! This is great if you are trying to slow down, enjoy each day, and make the most of your time. The prompts for each day allow you to get in touch with your feelings daily and get to know yourself a little bit deeper. I really appreciate that it’s undated so if you’re going through a period where you’re feeling too busy or overwhelmed you can skip a week and not waste any pages. I love that when I finish a journal, I can go back and see my progress over time. It really helps to set 3 month goals for yourself and focus on building better habits & completing small tasks to reach your goals! There is nothing I would change or add to this journal – the price ($25) has stayed the same since I first started to use this over a year ago. I’d recommend this to anyone trying to work on themselves and track their progress.

La calidad del papel de este diario es muy buena, sobre todo si usas plumones o pluma fuente. Sin embargo, y reconozco que de mi error pues no me fijé, no sé porqué está limitado a solo 90 días. Lo compré pensando que sería mi herramienta para rastrear mis hábitos todo el año. No creo volver a comprarlo.
