Received this for Christmas. It won’t turn on. The instructions are horribly written. Save your money and avoid this. Even the return process on this is not easy

Good to track over time
This type of device gives you an idea of the moisture in your skin. It was a bit fun to test parts of my face, neck and also hands. My hands definitely lack moisture. I don’t put much stock into the skin age, but it’s nice to track changes over the seasons.

Neat
I’ve never used anything like this before, but it’s neat. It tells you the supposed oil, moisture & elasticity levels of your skin wherever you place it. Mine came pre-charged, so all it needed to do was power it on, take the cap off & touch the probes against my skin till it beeps (it doesn’t hurt or anything). After beeping, you take it off of your skin & read your numbers.I tested it on various parts of my body that clearly had less oil, moisture &/or elasticity & the numbers read did reflect a change…so it seems it could be accurate.I have no idea what to do with this information & merely got this device to test it out. Even though I’m not all too involved with tons of different products & procedures in my skincare routines, this tool does make me want to dig more into what I can do as I age, so that has to be a good thing, right?
