Same quality as original with an inoffensive short-lasting scent
Still the best bang for buck dry shampoo out there. As a guy, I don’t want to smell like the perfume counter at Kohls in 1989. This variation’s scent isn’t offensively strong; it’s just enough to make your brain go, OK my hair is cleaner than it was a second ago. Plus it goes away in a half hour. Good stuff.

Smells Lovely and Works Well
I bought this dry shampoo for both my daughter and I to use. My daughter is 14 years old and active in sports. This dry shampoo works great if you don’t have time to wash your hair. It smells fabulous and makes your hair look less greasy. We both have blonde hair so I cannot comment on whether it leaves a white film. It does not appear to. I like that the dry shampoo doesn’t make your hair feel too dry or gross. I’ve used other brands of dry shampoo in the past and they didn’t seem to work as well. I know Batiste has been around for a long time and it’s a good brand. I recommend the dry shampoo if your hair is looking a little greasy or limp and you don’t have time to wash it.

Most varieties are very good
I love this brand and the cans seem to last quite a long time, but I wish I had better luck guessing at the fragrances. I have tried original, cherry, blonde, and fresh (usually I pick the best sale). I was quite pleasantly surprised that the cherry fragrance was so mild and very acceptable. I was worried I’d smell like a red starburst all day but thankfully that didn’t happen, although red starbursts are still amazing. The blonde was alarmingly yellow when I sprayed my hair, but just like the white (original) it works in to your hair resulting a very natural look with no hints of white. It seemed to smell like the original fragrance. Most recently, I couldn’t pass up a sale on the fresh scent. I thought this would be a slam dunk, it just sounded so pleasant. This is by far the strongest, most potent smelling formula I’ve tried. It does smell ‘fresh’ but it also just outright smells. The fragrance lingered on me and also in my bathroom for quite some time. I will probably not buy this particular variety again because I prefer the milder fragrances, but if you are looking to pretend to clean your hair and also pretend to clean you bathroom, ‘fresh’ may be the Batiste for you.

Poor packaging
The product is quality, but who puts 3 aerosol cans in an oversized box with NO PACKING MATERIAL, not to smart since it’s a pressurized aerosol product !!

Ordering and using this dry shampoo was my first experience with a product of this type. It was simple to use and did absorb the oil build-up in my hair. I felt like it left a residue on my scalp, however. I would recommend this product for a quick fix between shampoos.
