My teenage son was put on a new medication which his doctor requested we take his BP every few days to ensure it doesn’t rise at all. This machine has been reliable and very user friendly. My son can take his own blood pressure and the data is stored for later review!

Clear readings
I love my new blood pressure monitor but my old one was set up where I and my spouse could use it. You could measure both of us by separating out the readings very nicely so we both could see what our average reading was. There was an option for person #1 and person #2 which was very innovative, I think.

Very slow shipping and open box
Supposed to have been next day shipping I needed it ASAP so that was a big determinater to buying this machine. But instead of getting it the next day it didn’t come until late on the third day past the original day it was supposed to be here. Then when it did get here it was clear that the box had been previously opened and everything taken out and put back in the box. The plastic rapping it should have been in was in the bottom of the box and everything else shoved in on top of it supposed to have had batteries and ac cord but they are not in the box. Also I thought I was ordering a rechargeable machine but it is not rechargeable that could have been my fault because I looked at so many machines before purchasing this one. I don’t like the cuff eather because it is very long and raps around my arm twice and my arm isn’t that small and the connecting tube for the cuff is Way to short you have to hold the machine in your lap in order to take your blood pressure it is actually ten inches shorter than the one on my old machine and the way it plugs straight into the side of the machine without a forty-five degree plug tells my that it isn’t going to take long before it gets broken because of the shortness of the tube and the straight plug making it so difficult to hold and take your blood pressure at the same time. I will be contacting them and sending it back if they in can’t fix or at least try to fix the issues that I am hiroblems with plus the missing batteries and electric adapter. And possibly the fact that I thought I was ordering a rechargeable machine. If not for these problems all and all it seems to work just fine and it measures my blood pressure just fine and also seems to be very accurate according to the mesurmentse on my other machine and according to the the mesurments at my doctor’s office and he even said that it’s actually a great machine except for the length of the cuff connecting tube and the cuff size. They only have large and extra large cuffs but they need to at least have a medium sized cuff size so to fit better. A medium sized cuff would be the perfect size for most people.Sorry for such a long review but I just wanted to be as thoroug as I could about such an important product to have for your health and possibly life.
