    Pockets
They have pockets and a long liner. The fit is great.

    Uncomfortable waistband
I’m 5’5 130 lbs and I ordered a size small.I didn’t realize these were shape-wear shorts, and I was shocked when I put it on. Yes, it does snatch your waist, but for me, comfort is more important when I’m running. The waist band is not comfortable at all. It fits well otherwise, though. The pocket at the back is nice and could allow you to run without a running belt and not have to hold your phone in your hand. The material is breathable for running, but doesn’t feel that nice. The price is very good though.Overall, this is an okay pair of running shorts, if you want ones that also double as shape-wear. Otherwise, I would recommend getting different shorts.

Waist is tiny and no where near the appropriate size.
Way too small. I ordered 3 pair of these shorts to wear to physical therapy and they are all 3 going back! The waist was at least 5 inches smaller than the Womens XL shorts that I am currently wearing. Don’t buy them unless you are usually a size 2 and then these XL’s are made just for you!

    Nice quality!
Nice athletic or lounge shorts. They are 2 layers: the outer layer and then inner layer which is like a pair of really short biking shorts. These do not have an “underwear” style layer in them, which is what I prefer. The inner layer keeps these more modest. The color is true to the picture. I love the side pockets and the back zippered pocket. The waistband is substantial. It’s fairly tight, but it’s really thick, so it’s still pretty comfortable. That said, I do think these run slightly. I’m 5’2” 125 lbs and I’m wearing a size small in the photos. They work, but they are a little tight. I think a medium would’ve probably been more comfortable for me. If you’re on the fence about what size to get, I’d size up. My weight has been shifting in the past year or 2, so honestly I probably should’ve just got the medium to begin with. They still work though!

Nice color, runs a bit small
The purple model is really more of a lilac which looks great. The inner lining is comfortable, and the waistband looks nice. One minor downside is that the outside fabric tends to roll up or flip up, revealing the pocket sticking out, see picture. The biggest downside is the sizing: these seem designed for an extreme hourglass silhouette and that they run quite small. My wife has 43″ hips, matching the “large” size, but the large is intended for a tiny 29″ waist. If those are your proportions, congratulations! For my wife (35″ waist) it means that the waistband is pretty tight, making for a less elegant look. So when picking a size, maybe pick one size up from the listed hip size, and maybe two sizes up if you don’t have a tiny waist.

Love the color, cut could be better
These shorts are not true to size – or they are and they’re just not cut correctly. I’m 5’3, usually a size 6, have narrow hips and carry a good bit of my weight in my thighs. I ordered a size medium and these shorts were extremely tight on my legs. Uncomfortably and unflatteringly tight. Sizing excluded, these are good quality shorts. Size up if you’re dead-set on a particular color. (Unfortunately, I have an illness that causing impulse buying anything in lilac and must live with my too small shorts).

  7. Fourgotten

Great shorts that seem like they will wear well for years.
I got the large expecting them to be slightly snug, based on their size chart. They are slightly snug in the waist, everything else has a looser fit. The elastic stretches plenty to accommodate. I am 5’6 and a 10/12 usually. The light pink color is true to the photos that they provide, and these come up right to my belly button. The pockets are nice, they hold my phone easily. I’m a walker, but if I was jogging I might worry about items in the pockets falling out. They seem well made and the material is comfortable, but not exciting. I feel like these will still be in rotation in a few years.

    Disappointed
I’m a little disappointed in these shorts. The fabric is so thin that even with the lining, they are very, very sheer. I wanted to wear these to my workout class, but I can’t possibly do that with them being so see-through. They fit well enough. I don’t really love the length of the lining. The pockets are fine. I ordered white, but maybe a different color would be better.
