Larger than what’s seen on tv
Need to be aware of where you’re going to set this up!Where I put it under the dining room table won’t allow me to pull the chair up to the table where I like to have it!It is pretty silent. I have tried it out and believe it will help my legs.

Elliptical Slip Resistant Alternative for Carpeted Floors
I purchased the “TOBWOLF Non-slip Workout Mat for Under Desk Ellipticals” as a bundle item with the Yosuda Under Desk Elliptical to avoid machine movement. After trying several seating options and locations in my home, the machine, mat or both moved as I selected several slow and fast settings on my elliptical. The majority of my home floors are carpeted, and the mat did nothing to stabilize movement of the machine. I have no wood floors in my home, so I can’t validate the mats performance on wood floors.As I explored alternative options to stabilize my use of the elliptical, I decided to try a non-slip mat that I use in my bathtub during showers. The mat I purchased was the “LuxStep Shower Mat Bathtub Mat,24×16 inch, Non-Slip Bath Mat” from Amazon. This solved my problem of elliptical movement.To be fair to the TOBWOLF mat shown in the photo in the Amazon Ad, it shows the chair on the edge of the mat on a wood floor. Maybe that positioning of the chair on the mat’s edge stabilizes the mat and elliptical.

Good leg exerciser for elderly folks as well as young
We received the Ellipse leg Exerciser quickly. It is a very sturdy machine and easy to use. M y husband & I are both in our 8O’s. It is light weight and can use in small spaces. We like that we can use at home. I would recommend this machine. It was such a good value also.

Without the Mat, the elliptical machine moved around. With the Mat, it does not. I am very happy with the Mat.I have to say that the elliptical machine itself really does not do much serious exercise. I am shooting to do it 45-60 minutes a day while at the computer to complement my walking (both on ground and treadmill) and stationary cycling. I suppose it does some good, but not sure how much. That is not the fault of the Mat, though.

Great matt, use it for my pedal bike, keeps it stable and in place while doing my rehab. So much better than the one that came with the bike.Now I’m not afraid that the bike will slide when I push down on the pedals, also thicker. Can be used on both sides, each side is different, so whatever works the best for you. I have the black side on top.I use it on hardwood floors.I’m satisfied with my purchased, and price is reasonable too for the quality.

I’ve only just started using the machine but so far so good.I like the different settings for walking types ie speed walking, jogging, etc. I was a bit disappointed that there is no setting for intensity.Machine is very sturdy but not heavy. All in all it’s going to do what I need.
