Feels like it’s just a planner not really a self care collaboration. It seems repetitive, not really like you doing different activities along the journal.

Good buy
The cover is what really made me buy this book. I was hoping it could help me create a self care routine. I will say, after the first couple pages, the book is just like any other journal you can pick up at the store. Prompts are identical everyday. Would I buy again? Yes, but only Bc I like routine.
