Excellent quality footwear; extremely comfortable but runs large
I am a 6 1/2 in flats and 7 in heels; I bought a 6 1/2 in another brand but had to return it as it was very big and gaping at the sides. So, in this Naturalizer brand, I bought a navy size 6M, but my feet could not get in the shoe! so I sold it, and I bought the 6 1/2 and they were huge and gaping at the sides as well, to return it was a challenge, so I bought an insole and it’s working well. But I needed to know what size would actually fit, so I figured I would try the 6W and it is perfect. Sturdy, comfy, and very cute! I bought the black and cinnamon.

Good looking shoes with great soles, but too wide on the back
I need to find shoes with good, stuffy soles with some platform due to bad ankles. Alas😕 So far, all shoes I tried from different companies and different stores are too large for my narrow heels, so, my feet slide off. Because I tried to wear the shoes, can’t return them. But if your feet are wide on the back (I saw women with such heels), buy them.

Sizing inconsistencies
Beautiful shoes, but be warned that Naturalizer is very inconsistent with sizing, even with very similar styles. Be ready to purchase & return multiple sizes, and have Amazon give you trouble for it.

Wide Is Narrow
The shows are cute. I ordered the wide bit because I have particular lily wide feet but enjoy extra space for socks. These shows are NOT “wide”. In fact the regular width is narrow. I was disappointed since shows are cute. I was unable to insert one foot into the shows so tight for a “wide.”I purchased in Try for Free. Life events came up and couldn’t try them on without five days. When I tried to return before three weeks, it said I could return before Jan 24, 2024 but there was no option for “returning” or to get a return label since I. Hose but for free for five days. So I contacted Amazon via chat and they said they credited my account the full price. However, that was 10 ways ago and Amazon still has not credited my account the anything like they said. This makes me sad. I have Amazon 10 days to process the credit to my account. Still no credit back by Amazon. More time our if my life needs to be directed to this. Ugggh.

For the first time in many years I was able to wear shoes of the required fit. I do wear size 5 wide fit but because shoes rarely come in wide fit, I have had to buy either 5.5 or even 6 which is still not the right fit as size/length of a shoe does not adequately compensate for its width.These shoes are perfect – I bought my true size 5 and they fit perfectly, not blisters even the first time I wore them. They also look great! I have also bought them in black colour, hope they will be the same.Thank you, Naturalizer, and keep up the great work – make them in dark navy!
