Good product, it was useful as advertised and more
I just got my neck and shoulder massager tonight. I liked it a lot. I thought the heat temperature wise was just right. I liked that I could adjust the intensity of the massage. It helped my pain and mobility. I was also able to move it about to other body areas. And I got some very good foot massages. I especially liked the sleeves because they helped me to move the massager about and hold it in place.

My son asked for a budget/allowance specifically so he could get me a Mother’s Day present, and he picked this out for me!Currently pregnant and I have been suffering from daily headaches, sciatic pain, and pretty bad back pain in general.The moment I put this on, I was absolutely AMAZED. The rotating massagers are able to get into every single knot and spot that causes me pain. The hand/arm straps are an awesome feature as well since they allow you the ability to adjust how much force goes into your back. The material is soft and doesn’t stick to my skin at all. Very comfortable. I’m honestly shocked at how wonderful this massager is.My back and headache are significantly improved after just a single use.This massager also came with a car plug, which I’m super excited about! My shoulder feels much better!
When I am working on something, I tend to tense up my shoulder muscles. So at the end of the day, my shoulder and neck muscles feel very stiff and tired. This massager is so much stronger than I expected and works great at relieving any tension in my shoulder and neck muscles. It also has a heater option but it does not get hot enough for me to feel a huge difference so I just turn it off. The kneading nodes will turn RED if you have the heating option on. I like that it can be easily used for my legs and calves as well. You just need to flip it over and rest your legs on it and it turns into a leg massager! Also, I’m in love and hate relationship with the 15 minute timer. I usually need at least 2-3 of the 15 minute sessions to relieve my back (30-45 minutes) but it keeps shutting off every 15 minutes, which can be a little annoying. But I know it’s for my own safety to prevent overheating. I also wish that this was chargeable. The power cable is long enough to move around a few steps. However, it is not long enough to move around freely within the room. But overall, this is a powerful back and neck massager which works amazing at relieving your muscle pain!pros:-very powerful/deep massager-can be used for multiple parts of your body-turns off every 15 minutes (to prevent over-heating)cons:-not chargeable (you need to keep it plugged in at all times)-turns off every 15 minutes (you need to turn it on again and reset settings every 15 minutes for longer sessions)

Relief for neck and back pain!
This massager is great. I have ordered several of these and find they provide great relief for my back and neck pain. This is a great way to relieve stress and helps me fall asleep. I use it on my legs and put my foot on it to get a massage as well. It’s easy to use and the control panel is easy to reach when it’s in action. The heat gets hot so I like that I can turn it off I only want the massage and no heat. This is a great massager that will save money by eliminating the need to visit a masseuse or chiropractor. I recommend!

Torn material!
It is a great product works great only problem is with this company or another the material wears thin and tears over the bulbs wide open then can’t use afraid torn material will get caught . All the ways I’ve tried to contact the company directly has failed all dead ends!! Of coarse it happens after there time period to reach them. I am a faithful user the last company was the same dead end couldn’t reach them still works great mechanically so it’s a common problem. They need to use a heavier material.
