Good but missing something
I like how this journal has plenty of space to write each day but is small enough to stash in a backpack or purse. There’s a bookmark to keep track of where you are and a pen loop, which means I always have something to write with. There’s something missing though. There’s not a lot of guidance on how to respond to stress or what kind things I should do for myself. If there was just a little more guidance, I think this would be an amazing product.

I really like this mental health journal. Do not approve of all of the content
Would have been a decent journal if not for the “Calories burned” part – this is not a workout journal and it does NOT belong in a mental health journal for a multitude of reasons. I’m livid and will never buy this again!!!

My New Mental Health Journal
Looking forward to using this mental health journal in my daily life. At the very beginning of this journal it discussed an outline and guide as to how to be more in touch with myself in my mental journey. In addition, it has a unfixed dated opportunity for me to place by daily meals, things I do for fun, finance tracking as well. In addition ways I can incorporate self care into my daily life.

A great guided journal!
Love the quality of this journal overall. I think that for it’s intention, it comes with everything you need just short of a pen. But I think this makes for a great personal journal or one to gift to someone.

Nice paper. not transparent.
I find this journal very helpful to get my thoughts and goals in order. The paper is not extremely thin so I can use my color pens in it but markers do bleed through. The cover is thick and plain which helps maintain privacy. The only thing I didn’t like was there are no tabs on the monthly calendars. I do plan to add some sticky tabs but I think it is something that could have been built in to the book for convenience.
