Great pillow!
I’ve been using this pillow for about ten days now, and I can already feel a big difference. I’m sleeping much better, and my neck pain is completely gone.It does take a little time to adjust—I needed a couple of days—but after that, it’s been a great experience. Great relief for a stiff neck

A little too thick but comfortable.
If I am sleeping on my side, this pillow is great at supporting my neck; however, it has taken some getting used to on my back as it is thicker than I expected. I am happy to report that I have had little to no neck pain while using this pillow, so I think it was a good investment. It seems to be of good quality, and the materials are comfortable on my face and neck. I have been using it with a silk pillow case, and this keeps my face and neck cool. The length and width are just fine for my needs.

Just the right firmness
I have been suffering from neck pain for several months already. I did measures to ease my neck pain such as topicals and hot compresses only to ease the pain. I have noticed that it was the kind of pillow I was. I purchased several cervical pillows in the Tiktok shop but none of them eased my neck pain. I ended returning these purchases. I went through Amazon and I saw this Memory Foam Bed Pillow. I did order one to test if this might help. I’ve been using this for several days now and I did feel a great difference. I have less neckpain now and had better sleep. The make of the pillow is ideal. It’s thickness and the material used feels better giving you comfort in your sleep. This will be my permanent pillow now and finally resolved my isues. I would reommend this to my family and friend.

Comfortable and supportive
I’ve been using the Polovo memory foam pillow for a little while, and it’s been great for reducing neck and shoulder stiffness. The ergonomic contour provides good support whether I’m on my side or back, and the foam feels firm but still comfortable. It did take a night or two to get used to the shape, but once it adjusted, I noticed less tension in the morning. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a supportive pillow that helps with neck alignment.

I have a crazy neck and shoulder pain on sometimes left and sometimes right due to sleep posture. It happens every other week with crazy pain that last a week. Sometimes it gone by itself. Over the last 4 years, I have spent a fortune on pillows looking for one that will not aggravate an already existing shoulder and neck issue. I already have problems with my back, I don’t need more persistent head and neck issues. I mean it was so bad that I could open my own pillow business with the money I have spent. I actually had to start throwing brand new pillows in the trash because I had nowhere to put them all, my spare bedrooms were a sea of pillows, I gave so many away too.This pillow is the only one thus far that when I wake up, I notice that there is no added stiffness, pain or discomfort. I will say it is firm, but not too much, but if you are used to a much softer pillow, you will have to get used to that, and you will, it just may take a few days. It will take a few days for anyone to adjust to this type of pillow, just give it a chance .Remember though, no one pillow will treat an already existing condition. The goal is to find something that doesn’t irritate what you already have and will provide support. If you have really bad pain, consider your mattress or make some lifestyle changes.Make sure you wash the cover FIRST. I put my own pillowcase over the cover. I saw a review where someone developed a rash, they probably didn’t wash it, or it was a return. I found out Amazon accepts and resends returns of this product, so be very careful. That can be extremely dangerous. It should be in new sealed packaging when received.Overall, great support, height is good, the width is fine, It is about standard length maybe slightly longer.For the price, this is a good choice, I recommend it. If I develop a rash or a stiff neck later, I will let you know.UPDATE: About 4 months in and I have not developed rashes or had any new pain as a result . I love this pillow, I won’t go anywhere without it. I actually came back to purchase a new one and one for travel.

While it hasn’t cured my spinal stenosis it is a much nicer pillow than a $10 ball of fluff from a department store. Hard to say if it’s made the pain better as I got cortisone injection a few days prior. Still, great pillow at a great price.
