My sleeping qualities have been slightly improved after taking this (but as we should have known: melatonin means minimum or no side effects; if you are really facing severe sleeping problems, I should prescribe sleeping pills from doctors).The taste is good. It is less sweet than I expected, so I prefer it much more than the melatonin pills I took before.

My Journey with Sleep Gummie
I been having trouble sleeping for a while, so I decided to try these sleep gummies. The strawberry flavor caught my eye since I don’t like the taste of most sleep aids.The first night I took one gummy about 30 minutes before bed. I was surprised by how good they taste for something that’s sugar-free. The texture is just like regular gummies, not mediciny at all. I felt myself getting drowsy after about 20 minutes, which was nice.I’ve been taking them for two weeks now, and my sleep has improved. I fall asleep faster and don’t wake up as much during the night. The melatonin isn’t too strong like some other products I’ve tried. The bottle says they also have GABA and L-theanine, which is suposed to help with relaxation.One thing I noticed is that I don’t feel groggy in the morning like I did with other sleep aids. My mind feels clearer when I wake up. The bottle has 60 gummies which will last me about two months since I don’t take them every night.I like that there made without sugar and are vegan since I’m trying to be more careful about what I eat. Overall these have become part of my nightly routine when I need a little help winding down.

Has all the sleep stuff in it, but its overpriced and I hate gummies.
Sometimes it hard to tell when these work, this type stuff is light weight which is good nothing harsh i hope. When i take a Unisom it puts me out, no if and or buts, its just not something i want to do often. I’ve done these gummies 3 times, it seems to be a slight improvement in sleep.On the down side i hate gummies and these are way overpriced, I found another seller here same bottle for 8.99. Just have to search it, i cant do links here.

A little flavor blast before going to sleep
Great melatonin gummies! I really like the chewy texture and the filling in the middle reminds me of eating a gusher! Although not as gooey, its just a slight burst of another flavor so don’t think it will be like gushers. Makes me want to eat it like candy

Taste good
This bottle contained 60 sleep gummies with one gummy being a dose. These gummies are strawberry flavored. They taste great and the texture is good it’s not too sticky. Each gummy is 3mg of melatonin. I started to get sleepy with these fairly quickly.
