Bought this for a bday gift for my co-worker. Colors are cute. But the smell is really strong and not really pleasant. Very earthy. But you can use whatever essential oil on the bracelet. I have the same bracelet you and sometime I’ll add a drop of my perfume to it. Scent is lasting.

My daughter wears this as she suffers from stress and anxiety. Lavender is well known as calming so this is a great way for her to carry it around. Also great for headaches. The bracelet looks good on its own so could be used without the scent if preferred
