absolute necessity. it warms your entire back up to your neck & shoulders. so good for warming up, back pain, or simply just comfort. it gets super warm which is fabulous. it’s got a long cord so teaches an outlet that’s farther away. so easy to use. don’t get any other heating pad. get this one.

So far so good it would be 5 stars if it got warmer but the weights on the ends make it nice and comfortable going over my neck and shoulders and fits perfectly no need to mess with it or keep pulling it down to get all those muscles warm and relaxed.

Bought twice. Each died after 5 months.
Update to 1 star: ordered 3rd one bc the 2nd one was under insurance. This thing turned on for 5 minutes and died. Lasted 5 minutes. What is going on with this company? Never again.I’ve bought this heating pad twice. Each time it has died after 5 months. I love it but I would get the insurance because it’ll die around 5 months. I don’t use it every single day or that much really either.
