great for upper arm shoulder neck and back pain
I purchased this for a senior neighbor who had a recent fall and her shoulder/upper arm was painful. A regular rectangular heating pad was hard to keep in place for pain relief. I ordered this for her and after one day she was in heaven-AHH ! Having the enclosure around the neck kept the heating pad in place on shoulder and upper arm plus the back heating gave her more relief. This is a wonderful heating pad for upper body-arm shoulder back as it stays in place and after 2 hrs it turns off so it dos not stay on if taken off or person falls asleep. Great product works well.

Quality of product is good. It fits my husband ok, he is 5’10”, 185#. He says it gets too hot on low for him to wear it for long.

Cord length short
great soft size& outer material and heats/shuts off, controls are great. But I am finding that the cord is about two foot too short. My electric outlet couldn’t get closer to my bed. Don’t like using a heating unit with extension cords.
