Let me just get this one little thing off my chest: I ordered the PINK floral and I received the BLUE floral. 🙁 Tragic, as I actually needed a pink dress for an upcoming event and I was hoping this thing would be The One. So, after a few moments of sadness mourning the loss of the pink dress I’d envisioned receiving, I decided to give ole blue a try.The fit, I must say, feels as though it was custom-made for my frame. That’s a huge yay for me as I’m petite (5′) and typically unless the dress is a petite version, the bodice on styles like this one are often too long. I’m pleasantly shocked to report that this bodice fit me like a glove (I ordered the XS). And the overall aesthetic is definitely giving Disney Princess vibes. The length is closer to midi than maxi (again, given my height I expected it to be longer on me than shown in the photos). The cut out design of the back is my favorite element of this dress, since it’s a more unusual style and it’s particularly eye-catching if you wear your hair up, or if you have short hair. If you’re a Petal & Pup or Altar’d State fan, this style is for you. The square neckline is also quite flattering. The front slit isn’t noticeable unless you’re walking with Paul Bunyan strides, but it’s a classic style addition. I do wish the ties weren’t so long though. In order to alleviate them hanging way down in the back, the only option is to tie a gigantic bow. I’m not a fan of gigantic bows in general, and coupled with the slightly busy pattern of the dress, the bow just feels as though it’s trying to compete with the gorgeous back design of the dress. And the bodice fits me so well, I really don’t need the tie to cinch anything in. Believe me, it’s cinched enough already!

I don’t think sizing up would even work
I wanted to love this dress soooo badly. My fiance and I want to do a court house wedding and then surprise everyone at the actual wedding with us having already been married for a year so I’ve been trying to find a dress that would fit me that’s relatively cheap for just a court house. And I absolutely love this style, unfortunately it’s not my style. I don’t really recommend any bigger women buying this. I’m normally an XL, and definitely overweight (which I’m trying to fix trust me). But this dress has absolutely no give and it’s definitely not meant for any bigger chested women. (I’m a 38D)There’s absolutely no give in the waist part (the part that makes the V) or the breast area so you’re spilling out either the front or out the back and it just doesn’t look right. It’s almost like the straps are longer than the photos too. I added photos of me in it but I don’t think you can see truly what I mean by all of it. I would proceed with caution if you do end up buying this and aren’t the models size.I wanted to love it so so badly. It’s just unfortunate that my body won’t work with it. :/

Dress is GORGEOUS! Material is so soft and comfy. Just definitely runs a lot smaller than advertised. I ordered the XL and it fit more like a medium-large. Very heartbroken and upset as this was going to be my engagement pictures dress and now have to find something else😭
