It stopped working
I barely used the device four times before it suddenly stopped working and won’t turn off anymore. I’ve contacted customer service, but I haven’t received any assistance.

DermRays Revive Skincare
I have seen results quickly. It is easy to use and safe. The lines on my forehead disappear. The laugh lines disappear. Little scars I had are not visible anymore. I made this a daily routine. It is very effective and my skin is now so evenly toned. It helps with multiple skin issues. I am extremely happy I bought this. I have very sensitive skin and DermRays Revive did not irritate my skin at all. It really helped with all my skin issues.

I used the Nira for about a year with fantastic results. When the Nira died, I tried the Dermarays Revive. Two months in and my skin looks ten years OLDER. Don’t buy this. I’m going back to Nira.

FDA Approved Medspa Quality and Strength
This is a great FDA home laser system. At 1060 NM strength, this is comparable ti the ones being used at the medspas. It is easy to use and faster than the Nira laser home system , and becayse the f the cooking tip technology, it dies not hurt. It feels good to the skin and i like the corded system as I yse it in front if the mirror anyway. I dont have deal with charging it. I have used it obly a few times, but I know it will work with continuous use and the fact that my skin does not feel burned or hot during the process, it may hold to its promise without fat loss.

I bought it because one youtuber said it’s made in Germany but actually it’s made in China.I just used it for 2 weeks,and did not see the effect yet.

Malfunctioned within 2 weeks. Continued to run even without skin contact. Contacted customer service. 2 months of waiting without a replacement being sent. Ended up getting a refund. Terrible experience. Not a reputable company.
