I like it a lot. It is easy to remove but stays on really well until ready to remove it. Natural looking lashes without clumping, lengthening and enhancing lashes without looking too made up. Truly!

Cleantopia for the win
Goes on easy and smooth- no clumps or thick application. I like that it’s a cheaper alternative to clean beauty products. I’ve purchased several other clean ingredient mascaras and this one adds the most volume and allows your eyelashes to look natural. Doesn’t smear or flake, lasts all day

Hardly any clumping
The description was that this was black mascara with blue in it. I find that it has more blue than black.Putting that aside, I did keep the mascara because I did find that it doesn’t clump like others do on my very small lashes. It’s a good mascara. It’s worth giving it a chance.

Finally, a TRUE dark Navy Blue mascara!
It’s really hard to find a GOOD mascara that is a true, dark, NAVY BLUE in color. The color name, Ultramarine Black is a just that…Navy Blue!!! And the exact shade of it, too. I love this mascara! It goes on with ease (not sure why some people complain about the brush??) I think it works PERFECTLY and coats my lashes excellent. It is super easy to wash off, too.

Good Lash Separation, But Clumpy and Transfers
I’ve been searching for a clean brown mascara that performs well without the high price tag, so I wanted to love this one. Overall, it’s decent and has some positives, mainly the brush does a great job separating my lashes; I don’t need to comb through them after applying.However, the applicator itself pulls out very clumpy, and you have to be careful not to transfer a blob of mascara onto your skin while applying. I thought it was just new-product excess at first, but even after a month of use, it still comes out with a thick clump on the tip (see photo).I also have long lashes, and unfortunately this transfers under my eyes throughout the day. I’ve had this issue with other non-waterproof clean mascaras, but I was hopeful this would be different. Because of the smudging and clumping, it’s not quite the everyday mascara I was hoping for.

My favorite mascara
I love this mascara. I’m always looking for clean beauty products, and it’s nice to find one that doesn’t cost a fortune. The blue colored one is my favorite.The brush costs my lashes just right, but it’s not necessarily perfect for everyone. I recommended it to a friend, and she felt like it caked the product onto her lashes

Gloppy, flakes get in my eyes, straightens my eyelashes
I’m tossing this one and I’ve barely used it. I’ve been wearing waterproof mascara for decades, most frequently from Cover Girl and Maybelline (which are generally far better than high-end brands). This one isn’t ideal. It goes on thick and gloppy. Worst of all, I’ve ended up with flakes in my eyes, which I’ve never experienced before with waterproof mascara, since it generally holds together much better than water-based mascara. I’ve had to completely re-do all my eye make-up in one eye TWICE after flushing my eye for 10 min to get flakes out. UGH!! This mascara also tends to straighten my eyelashes and give me the spidery look. The only upside (depending on your perspective), is that this mascara is VERY hard to get off, even with an oil-based remover that I’ve been using for many years. I’ll stick with waterproof versions of Full ‘N Soft, Lash Discovery or Colossal Curl Bounce, all of which I’ve worn for years and highly recommend.

Absolutely waterproof and non irritating
This is the best mascara I have ever worn. Ever since I got lasik my eyes have been super sensitive to any eye make up, especially mascara. I have been able to wear this without any issue all day. My eyes don’t itch or water, and you hardly it feel it on! And the best part, IT IS ABSOLUTELY WATERPROOF. I had a funeral to go to, and I cried… like ugly cried numerous times and I never once looked like a racoon. This picture is of my eyes after the funeral, still looking great!

So glad I bought this mascara! The last one I bought from a different brand made my eyes sting and water, and it kept smudging everywhere. This one from CG surprised me! No sting. No smudge and it goes on nice and thick and lengthens the lashes. Great product!
