My wife loves this helps her sleep and I bought it about five other times anytime she can’t sleep. She takes it 30 minutes later. She’s happy as hell. She wakes up the next day.

I purchased this because my 19 year old grandson has been having trouble falling asleep. I decided I would give it a try because I have trouble staying asleep through the night. I must say I was a little skeptical but the first night I took 1 gummy and slept most of the night. I usually get up several times a night, like more than five times. That night I got up twice. The second night, I took one gummy again but that time I only got up once. I skipped one night and again slept most of the night getting up twice. I gave five stars because it helped me go from getting up several times in a night to just once or twice and that is something. It has a good flavor – no complaints there. If you’re wondering if this will help you, I say, give it a try – what do you have to lose?

Little pricey but effective
My wife takes one of these nightly to help her sleep. She has tried numerous brands and these work the best for her.She likes the taste and they are very effective for helping her go to sleep. She usually takes one about 15 before bed. Pricing could be better in terms of value but this is what she likes.

Used these for almost a year. They work fantastic but the last batch I got were crystallized/stale and just straight up spoiled. I tried contacting the company but it seems they do not exist. Kind of a bummer since I really did like them. Amazon was able to refund my money but it is a little sketchy that this company cannot be reached.

It works in about a half hour to 45 minutes for me. I sleep about 6:30. Sometimes I sleep 8 hours but not very often.
