Not good!
The mask was really uncomfortable on the nose because every time it would deflate, it would push really hard on my nose. Also, the massage would really hurt on the temples, even on its lowest setting.
This product is crap, doesn’t spin or let off a scent. Don’t waste your money –

This product was nice while it worked and now it won’t charge!! Of course it’s just right outside of the return time frame.

Good, but could be improved.
First off, I really do enjoy this product. I have frequent migraines and eye strain. I haven’t used this with a migraine yet, but have for eye strain and relaxation. I really do enjoy it!The heat is nice and warm. The cold is chilly. But they are both to comfortable levels.The pressure from the massage function is nice. You can choose between strong, soft, and off. You can choose this in all modes. So you can have just music if you shut it off in dynamic mode, or just heat/cold with music if you shut it off in the heating and cooling modes.The quality is good. The mask is comfortable to wear, the sound of the machine isn’t too loud.This claims to give 2 hours worth of use per every 4 hours of charging.Now to the things I don’t like. There is no way to turn off the music. There is no volume adjustment either, so you can’t quiet it. The only way to turn their music off is connecting to Bluetooth. But music played through the Bluetooth is so quiet that sometimes you can’t hear it over the soft machine sounds. Again, there is no adjustment for this (including adjusting volume from what youre connected to). The music situation is hands down my biggest issue with this product, and a insane negative in my opinion.Another thing I would change is length of time for the modes. The dynamic mode and heating mode last for 10 minutes before automatic shut off. Cold mode lasts only 6 minutes before shutting off. Times can not be adjusted which I find irritating. I always groan when it shuts off, because I never seem to expect it.I also wish there was a way to adjust how long it puts pressure in a spot. If I need pressure in my temple area, I would want more than maybe about 2-5 seconds of it before sudden release. A way to target one area would have been great as well.I do think this is a overall a very helpful product. For the price, I would have wanted more though. I think I still would have bought it on sale had I known everything about it. If you have eye strain or migraines, this could very well be worth the price for you.

Need couple of tweaks but overall really nice massager!
This is a nice eye massager. It heats up quickly if you want the warming mode and the cool mode feels nice too although the air temp plays a role is how cool it gets. It’s easy to operate and I like having the features all accessible in one button with a few clicks. I have 3 complains about it. One: it is loud! You can turn the music off but the machine itself is loud. Wish it were quieter. Two: wish it had more modes and the massage rolled around the outside of your eye as opposed to just applying pressure at different points. Three: wish there was a time setting. It cuts off quicker than I’d like. Would like to have time options. But over all it is a nice way to relax and I would recommend it.

WOWWWW!!! AMAZING!!!
Wasn’t sure what to expect, as I’ve never used a product like this before—but let me tell you, this was worth every penny and more. Easy to use, heat and cool modes are quick (even if you flip between them frequently); and the heat/cool modes are strictly on the portion that covers your eyelids—I got these cuz I use ice packs for my headaches, and the cool mode is so unbelievably awesome. The massager is so nice too. The temple massage is probably the best thing ever in life; however, it massages around the eyes as well and it’s great. It doesn’t give a vibrating massage—instead it’s like a carefully crafted, perfectly pressurized massage around the entire eye, forehead and temples… oh, there’s three different pressure settings: strong, gentle and off (I guess if someone just wants to use the cool/heat feature. Lastly, there’s a music setting with common gentle piano music (you can turn it off if you like, or you can sync it to your music with Bluetooth). All of these settings are handled thru one easy to use switch, and the massager says the settings as you select them (while you’re wearing this) so you don’t have to guess.I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIIIIIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

Disappointed
I bought this one because it came with the cooling function, which I really need when I have a migraine. Unfortunately the massage function is very jarring and not relaxing. It fills with air in one area on each side, holds it for like 3 seconds, and then abruptly lets all the air out. It then repeats this in a different area on each side. This might be on me, but I expected a varied, more gradual filling/releasing of multiple areas at once to mimic a gentle massage.Additionally the machine is louder than the speakers, so when I tried to listen to an audiobook I had to really concentrate to make out the words.Returning and trying for another brand.

Fulfills its purpose
It is pretty amazing how the temperature adjust warm or cold almost instantly and does make my eyes feel better afterwards. Its peaceful. My only complaint is I haven’t figured out how to use the Bluetooth feature yet and the music is a little too soft but overall it fulfills its purpose.
