I purchased the (2) dual pack mascaras (red/jewel toned purplish-burgundy); I have to say, I really, really like this product & brand. The mascara is very buildable so you can intensify your look & enhance your eye color that much more using these colored mascaras- but do be aware as with any mascara from low-end to high, the more you apply the more apt you are at increasing clumps & twiggy-legged tangly lashes. This mascara has (oddly for my fickle lashes lol) a plastic, oval-curve/mid-size bubble bristle wand that worked rather exceedingly well for me! They usually don’t in this wand style but this time we have a winner! This is a very smooth textured formula that glides on phenomenally & that looks great with one pass or 10 to be honest. So, a definite plus! It lifted & separated my lashes very well after I hit them with my manual curlers. The red mascara as seen above is a beautiful true red-type of shade while the jewel-toned (appearing a bit muted but definitely build able) purplish-burgundy isn’t as intense but yet very noticeable; it would probably need to be applied in several or more passes to be more visible & vibrant if that’s your goal. It’s noticeable indoors but appearing very natural at the same time (when in natural outdoor light it has a very pleasant & easy going look that will be highly complimentary to any look you choose to sport). I am very much entertaining the thought of going all in & buying every color they offer! That’s just how much I’m enjoying these gems!(For judgement purposes I included my pale hand & some color swatching of both mascaras so you can get a better view of the formula texture, color styles & pigment vibrancy. As well, in my facial photo, I am in indoor, indirect, natural mid-after lighting.)

Absolute favorite colored mascara
My absolute favorite brand for colored mascara! The colors show up really well and they make your eyes pop, especially if you have colored eyes like myself. And theres a lot of colors to choose from! My only nit picky thing would be they dont label the color on the mascara so if you have multiple you have to open them to figure out what color they are.

Trash if you want it to work like ACTUAL mascara
I feel like this is solely for coloring purposes. NOT actual mascara. It didn’t define my lashes, lift my lashes, extend my lashes, make them appear thicker… Nothing. It gave them a nice color TINT and that was it. Not very noticeable. It didn’t go onto my lashes easy either. I was having try to really grab them and push with the brush. I did several coats and the results didn’t get better.

This is fine mascara, it’s a bright forest green while wet in the bottle, but dries black. I was hoping for some actual color on my lashes. Again, it looks green as it goes on, but turns black as it dries.
