Been micro-needling at home for years and I tend to switch between rollers and stamps. This roller is standard and works well. Good price… I never pay too much because you can only use them so many times before the needles dull and it needs to be replaced.

Best Derma Roller Yet!!
The CLETINA 540 Titanium Derma Roller works great! I originally bought it to use on my scalp, and my husband uses it on his beard. The needle depth is perfect—deep enough to actually do something without being too aggressive. I do get a little itchy afterward, but with a derma roller for the scalp, that usually just means the needles are doing their job.I’ve tried another derma roller before, and the needles were so shallow they didn’t make any difference at all. This one definitely does. Mine has started to squeak a little, probably from being washed and sanitized regularly, but it still works perfectly, and the noise is tolerable.Overall, 5 stars—highly recommend!

It feels effective to stimulate hair growth
Initially, I bought the 0.25 mm derma roller, but that didn’t seem to do any penetration of the upper lip to stimulate hair growth so I went ahead and bought the 0.5 mm derma roller and it seems way more or feels way more effective. It does penetrate deeper into the dermis layer and I’m sure it’s activating circulation and strengthening hair follicles which will hopefully grow the mustache thicker and longer. We will have to see…….. after derma rolling for say about five minutes I do add a spray which is a hair growth formula.

Great for thickening a full beard that’s all ready grown in
I use this for my beard. It is all ready long but trying to get it fuller. The shorter micro needlers wont get to the skin through the beard and this works perfectly. I use it with medium pressure once a week. You can feel it but not painful to me. Definately see a difference with this. Wish I would have taken before after pics.
