Like this lip mask
Like this lip mask better than the coconut one. I had to apply the coconut one more often than this one. This one I noticed my lips do feel softer and less dry even when it has absorbed. The coconut one my lips still felt dry and cracked even after it absorbed so I had to keep applying it.

Holy moly
After nearly a month of bleeding, peeling, cracked, painful lips and trying every oil, butter, cream, mask and treatment for them this is the only thing that helped. After ONE night of use my lips are 75% better FINALLY. Its silky smooth and shiny, no smell, no taste and apparently magical healing powers. The next morning my lips felt a bit dry but I let them be and used the mask again at night. 10/10

Update: I was amazed to get a response to this from the seller, offering a full refund! Nobody refunds toiletries, right?! But they chose to even though it was my allergies at fault. They did NOT ask me to update my review, but I feel like anyone who goes out of their way to offer a refund I didn’t even ask for deserves 5 stars. Especially when it’s not their product that was necessarily bad but rather that I have very bad allergies.—-Didn’t work for me but I have a lot of allergies to things, so I am giving it 3 stars, assuming it could work for someone else. It is a very tiny bottle. And the balm had a nice smooth texture.

This product does not meet my expectations
This product does not meet my expectations. I am a little bit disappointed, my lips are still dry, and I’ve been using it every day for the past three weeks.

Buttery smoothness
So far, it has healed my cracked lips. It’s thick and has a buttery feel to it. As someone sensitive to fragrance, this one has no scent, which is good for me. My lips are looking better and that’s all that matters, but yea, it’s basically just basic lip gloss.

My lips were staying chapped all the time. Since I started using this mask I wake up with normal healthy lips. No more peeling.

This lip mask has a VERY THIN consistency. Very disappointing for the money spent.
Pretty disappointed in the lip “mask” as it is very thin and no way it will stay on as an overnight lip mask. Wish I would have known before spending this money.

I usually get chapped lips if the lip mask is not effective, I was using other brand butter mask for lips from Kiehls, and my lips were so soft, the minute it finished and I bought this one to try based on reviews here, my lips started getting dryer everyday and now I have chapped lips and this mask is not helping. Maybe works for other but unfortunately not for me.

This stuff is awesome! I had a BAD crack in the center of my bottom lip. By the 2nd night sleeping with the mask, it was healed beautifully! Got this to replace my Polysporing lip mask and I will never go back!

Even after 1 night using this I could feel a difference, it’s healed up some peeling/cracking on my bottom lip that wouldn’t go away before. Nice feel to the mask itself, neutral smell, and a little goes a long way.
