Good green Fall jacket. Zip shut pockets. Well made.
Beautiful green color. Fit perfectly. Shorter style than my older Columbia fleece, (hits at hip bone) but the new one also has an elastic draw string in the bottom that my older one doesn’t. I always want zipper pockets, which this one has. This is a nice Fall jacket. I’m 5 ft. 8” tall and weigh 169-171. bought an extra large as I like to have a little extra room to wear over sweaters and sweatshirts. The sleeves are nice and long. I washed it before wearing inside out in cold water. It came out great and I dried in dryer on air dry.

For a Columbia jacket-this was a big disappointment to me. It’s just so short. It doesn’t look cropped in the ad pictures or mention being cropped in the title but it is definitely too short and that makes this unwearable for me. The fleece fabric is also more rough than usual for Columbia. If you’re ok with a cropped jacket this might be for you-it does have some nice features like zippered outer pockets, 2 inner pockets (not sure if they are ‘happy accidents’ or intentional but the lining of the zippered pockets make for the inner pockets), a drawstring elastic bottom to adjust waist size and a full front zipper.

Good quality, slightly short
Columbia is such a reputable brand for outerwear, so I knew I was getting good quality, and this fleece jacket did not disappoint. The deep green color is rich and vibrant, and even after washing and drying, it hasn’t faded or started to pill, which is always a plus. The fit is really comfortable, and has plenty of room for wearing layers. I do wish it was just a little bit longer in the torso. It’s not quite a cropped length, but shorter than I was expecting. I love that the outside pockets are large enough for phone, keys, etc and they’re also zippered so that nothing can accidentally fall out.Now, I will say the fleece is a little thinner than I expected, but surprisingly, it’s quite warm. I tried it on during a cool evening and I had to take it off fairly quickly because I got too hot! That’s definitely a good sign for how well it’ll perform in the snowy winter months here. I do think the price point is a little high for what is essentially a sweatshirt, but it’s comparable to what I have seen for this particular brand in the stores. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable fleece jacket that can handle the cold.
