This past year or so, I have been waking up a few times during the night, and not able to fall back asleep as soon as I would like. I have tried a few other things, with some success. I wanted to give these a try as well, as I am big fan of the gummy-type supplement (yes, I admit it, because they taste like candy).I took a couple of them about 30 minutes before going to bed, and made sure I was wearing my smart watch to track my sleep. The first couple of nights, i did not notice any difference, still woke up every couple of hours or so, and it took me awhile to get back to sleep. In my younger days, I would fall back asleep in minutes!But on the 4th and 5th night, I felt like i slept very well, and woke up only once during the night, and was able to get back to sleep, not right away, but pretty quickly. My smart watch data also reflected that these nights I had much more longer, deeper sleep patterns.So, it could be that these were a major factor, or possibly other things helped as well. I will keep taking these as long as I get better sleep!

They Work Well
I take two of these about an hour before bedtime, and they help a lot with my insomnia. I find myself more likely to put down my phone and roll over. Effective and faster acting that capsules.They taste decently sweet, and are easy to bite and chew. The texture is smooth and not dry or powdery at all. Rubbery, but have give and don’t stick in you’re teeth too bad. A lot like gummy candy, but less chew resistant. I have teeth issues, and have no trouble taking these. Reasonable for a month supply.

Finally getting a full night sleep
I was taking melatonin a couple years ago and for one reason or another stopped along the way. My sleep recently has not been good so I figured I’d give this a shot. I tried the gummy version and a liquid version. Both have me sleeping throughout the entire night where I would usually be awake once or twice. I’m also falling asleep at a more reasonable bed time and waking up feeling more refreshed. For me these work! The gummy version seems to take longer to kick in vs the liquid drops. The gummy’s taste a lot better than liquid drops though. I’m finding I just need to take the gummies and extra 30min before bed and I’m good.

Tasty and they work
These are great gummies. I tend to have issues with other gummies giving what I would say a drowsy hangover and this doesn’t do that. I think the dosage is better and I like the way it is split into smaller doses so you can increase or decrease as needed per your doctors instructions. I would like to see a cheaper price than $15 for these but that is unfortunately the going rate it seems for most of these just like you would find in store. Overall I do like them and plan on getting them again when I run out.

Good but product description could be clearer, and company is not well known
I’ve been taking melatonin on and off for years to deal with chronic insomnia. Melatonin helps to gently allow me to fall asleep without the side effects of prescription drugs. I generally take a 10mg pill 30 minutes before bedtime.I wanted to give this product a try because taking supplements in gummy format is more convenient than swallowing pills and they generally taste good too. I can confirm that these gummies taste fine, and they do produce the drowsiness that I’m used to.My only concern with this product is the product description in Amazon, which states that you get 60 count of 6mg melatonin gummies. The reality is while you do get 60 gummies, there is only 3mg of melatonin in them. So in reality this product is a 30 day supply, not 60 days.The product is produced under the brand Careleaf. I have not heard of this brand and could not find much information about them on the internet. They are produced for a company called Nature Max Nutrition, LLC, a company established in March, 2024 in Irvine California. So while this is a very new company, I’m pleased to see it’s based in the US.I can generally recommend this product based on what I’ve learned about it but I have to knock of two stars, one for mislabeling the dosage in the Amazon product description, and one for being produced by an unknown and very new company.

A lifesaver in our house!
A few of us in the house have trouble sleeping and these really seem to work. Only only do they actually taste great, they seem to get you off to sleep within 20 minutes and you will stay asleep. So much so, that we’ve had a few oversleeping incidents in our house, lol. Definitely plan to buy again when we run out.
