Best Melatonin I’ve Tried—Finally Works!
I’ve tried various brands and doses of melatonin over the years, but these are by far the best yet. The 30mg strength combined with L-theanine and Vitamin B6 really helps me relax and fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning.The gummies taste great, are easy to take, and I appreciate that they’re gluten-free. I’ve noticed a big improvement in both how quickly I fall asleep and how well I stay asleep through the night. These gummies work fast and taste good. Super strong though
60 mg of melatonin is extremely strong.Most people only take 1–5 mg, so this dose can make you very drowsy and may leave you groggy the next day. You should only take what you personally feel comfortable with and follow the instructions on the label.

Great sleep aid!
Wow! Finally a sleep aid that works! The label is a little misleading- 2 chews are 60 mg, 30 each. Far stronger than anything I’ve found at any store.
