I woke up with no pain after a great night’s sleep, this pillow is terrific!
The Ultra Pain Relief Cooling Pillow has given me great relief from my nightly neck pain. I received the pillow a few days ago and the first night it was absolute bliss sleeping and I woke up with no neck pain whatsoever. A friend recommended this pillow and I decided to try it since other pillows didn’t provide the relief I was hoping for.There is no odor to the pillow, it retains its shape and it is the right thickness for me. I haven’t washed the cover yet, but it seems very durable.I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone looking for neck support and pain relief. 5 stars for an excellent product!

Comfortable and good neck care
It’s been a year now using it and I can’t complain, it tranform my way of sleeping more relaxation and less stress at nigth. My neck used to carry a lot stress during the day and normal pillows just adding more painful moments during the night. Uncomfortable nights using muscle relaxers now more since I sleep comfortable with my new cervical pillow. It’s amazing waking up with no pain neck and low back. Just simply using the cervical pillow is straightening the neck the whole body at the same time.

Best Pillow I Had in a Long Time
I typically wake up with a sore neck and have tried so many pillows. This is definitely the first pillow that I can remember that has completely made me feel more comfortable instantly and have woken up without neck pain. The grooves fit my neck better and the softness is just right. It’s thicker on one side so if you need a better adjustment, just flip it over. It was ready to go out of the box and mine didn’t even have a smell which was nice. I was confused at first on why it didn’t come with a pillow case but realized its in a removable case that really just looks like it’s attached to the pillow, so it’s nice that it is machine washable. I do wish the color wasn’t white because it makes it look like it doesn’t have a case. Regardless, it’s a great pillow and I would definitely buy another one.

“Ultra Pain Relief Cooling Pillow for Neck Support” Pretty Much Says It All
I’ve been sleeping with memory foam pillows for a few years and wanted to try this pillow to see if it could be better. I was intrigued by the shape. With my memory pillows, I’ve been tossing and turning quite a bit lately. Would this strange looking pillow be any better? Well…. the answer is YES! It’s a brilliant pillow. The first time I used it – and I hate to say this – I slept so good that I actually woke myself up because I started to drool…. and I’m NOT a drooler! But, yes, I was that comfortable and can’t believe how soundly I slept. I have always slept on either my left or my right side, one of the reasons I toss and turn most nights. But with this strange pillow, I actually plop my head on it and I can easily sleep on my back…. and that’s how I wake up in the morning too. And I actually feel like I’ve had a great nights sleep.~~~~ Calling it an “ultra pain relief cooling pillow for neck support” pretty much says it all. Yes, I feel that this pillow is cooler than a traditional pillow, and the neck support is – IMO – fantastic. Probably why I sleep so peacefully.~~~~ Is this the perfect pillow? Not hardly, I do have a few complaints but they are minor compared to how good I sleep. It’s obvious that when I go to sleep, it’s a vary sound sleep. So occasionally, I tried sleeping on my side just to see if I would have to ‘toss or turn’ though out the night. I haven’t. But with that said, the pillow claims that it has this “indention” on each side to make it easy to wrap you arm around the pillow and ‘hug’ it. Not so easy, if there’s a trick to ‘hugging’ my pillow, I haven’t figured it out yet. But that’s minor compared to my sound sleep.~~~ The only other thing I have to complain about is that the pillowcase on the pillow? I would like it if they sold extra pillowcases so I could toss this in the laundry and not have to wash immediately if I don’t feel like doing laundry that day. I could definitely benefit from a second pillowcase…. especially if I’m turning into a drooler from sleeping so comfortably.~~~~ Complaints are very minor compared to what a great pillow this is for me. But for those very minor reasons, giving this pillow 4-stars.

Finally found a post surgery pillow!
Amazing product and even better customer service ! First off, the product is exactly as described and has almost no odor but I still let it offgas and expand for about 72 hrs before first use.I had spinal surgery, C6 corpectomy and spinal fusion, back in July and I struggled with being able to get a good nights sleep for almost 4 months, and tried at least 10 different pillows/pillow combinations, before I found this pillow! I don’t know what it is about this pillow but it cradles my head perfectly and I am able to roll from left to right without having to sit up and without excruciating pain. I also have less headache pain in the morning.The only negative was that this thing is THIN; however, the customer service did not disappoint when sending an additional piece of foam for me to use under the pillow. This piece is also thing but it’s exactly the right thickness when paired with the pillow. I will say, I was surprised the insert didn’t have a hole in the center. I tried using the pillow with the insert in the case without the button snapped and it made the pillow too firm and i lost that cradling effect from the button. I reached out to customer service and they explained that when they tried putting a hold in the additional insert that the button couldn’t handle the pressure so they advised putting the piece under the pillow. Because I am an active sleeper and I knew the top and bottom pillow would not stay stacked I simply put the pillow and the insert, separately, into an old zipper case that I have lying around and it works great.I’ve been using the pillow for almost a month and I am very happy with it.

Soft and supportive
Super comfortable, soft and supportive in all the right places. My husband swears by this pillow and says he’s never gotten such good sleep in his life. The shape feels totally natural when you lie down on it. I also like that the material is cooling and doesn’t get too hot like other memory foam pillows we’ve had in the past. Overall highly recommend!

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It’s not that nice next to your face.Mine has gone to the bin.
