Handy for workouts at home
These bands come in different resistance levels, which makes them versatile for a bunch of exercises. They’re great for stretching, warmups, or full workouts when you don’t have weights handy. They do roll up a little if you’re not careful, but otherwise they’ve held up well. Nice inexpensive way to add variety to home workouts.

Love these! It’s funny I randomly started working out with the black one and my thighs were so sore. I later decided to look at the rest only to realize it’s the least flexible band. It comes with a whole pamphlet of exercises to do with the bands. I would buy over and over!
