Solid piece of gear that has surpassed my expectations
The RENPHO Eyeris 2 Eye Massager is a high-quality device with versatile functionality. It offers both heating and cooling modes—while the heating mode is straightforward and effective, the cooling mode requires pre-freezing an included gel pad, which may limit convenience as the cooling is not a function of this device by itself.Its customizable massage settings may not be fully intuitive at first, so reviewing the manual helps. The Bluetooth feature is a nice touch, allowing me to play podcasts as I relax. I appreciate the auto shut-off timer, which I set for 20 minutes before fully falling asleep.The build quality is impressive. The smooth plastic exterior feels durable, and the soft, leather-like material that contacts the skin is non-absorbent and easy to clean with a simple wipe. The product specs refer to it as “protein leather”, if you are curious or have concerns over allergies.Overall, it’s a solid, effective device for eye relaxation with thoughtful features, and high levels of customizability, like the option to turn the voice off after you get a feel for all the buttons.

great if it fits your face—less great if it doesn’t
this is a decent eye massager, but for me, it’s more of a backup than a go-to. the massage feels good—when it hits the right spots. the fit isn’t ideal for my face, so sometimes it presses a little too close to the eyeball zone. it works better lying down than sitting up (it’s heavy and doesn’t stay in place well), but the awkward fit actually makes it a great forehead massager, which… isn’t a bad bonus.the bluetooth speakers are not great—low sound quality and very little depth. i could hear the instructions and beat of my breathwork track, but not the subtle breath audio layered underneath. audiobooks would be fine, and it’s a decent option if you don’t want to mess with earbuds—but people nearby will definitely hear it too. also, there’s just one volume button, so you have to cycle through instead of adjusting up or down. no battery indicator, just a red light while charging (which stays solid once fully charged). i got about 4–5 sessions without heat and with bluetooth on. full charge took around 2 hours.if this fit my features better, i might like it more. but i have another mask with a better fit, more massage options (not just low/medium/high), and overall better performance. this one’s fine if it fits your face—but it didn’t quite work for mine.

Costly, It’s just okay.
It def not a one size fits all, as my other half was confortable wearing it, but for me it didnt apply pressure in the right spots on my face. The vibration function needs to have options other than off/on so you can change frequency or pattern. The built in speakers are nothing to write home about, they sound like a cheap pair of headphones turned up to full volume. It never got warm enough to my liking and the pressure settings were okay, but needs more variation. If this thing just had more options/variation of what it does, I would of liked it more.

Lied about the cooling
Says it does hot and cold. However, if you want cold you have to use a face mask. There’s no cooling to it at all.

Pretty good
My only complaint is the music selection is limited to 2 songs that are only about a minute long. I wish it had white noise selections. I know I can use BT to connect it to my phone to play white noise, but I really would have rather it been built in. Overall, it’s a great massage. Gets right up in my eyeballs and my temples. The cooling mask insert is incredible to use with this. I don’t tend to like the heating feature because it just makes me sweaty. Adjusting settings is easy enough and everything works well. Vibration is better than most, but it’s still a pretty loud feature that I prefer to leave off. Love that it folds in half and I love that the charging port is hidden away in that hinge area. Very clever.I’ve fallen asleep with these on, so that’s saying something too. Definitely recommend!
