Works very well for Moto XPR3500e
Fits the Moto XPR3500e walkies that we have at work. I’ve been using it everyday at work for about 4 weeks now and I really like it. It took my ear a few days to get accustomed to the earpiece (there was some ear soreness) but now it’s great. Walkie conversations are clear now because they are isolated from the background noise. I’m not missing walkie callouts as I had in the past!! I found the short video from the manufacturer showing how to attach headset to the walkie very helpful.

The sound quality is good. It does the job but it is very uncomfortable to wear.

Too short
The ear piece works fine . It is just too short . I’m six feet tall.

Updated! Worked for about 2 hours before failing
The headset worked great for about 2 hours before failing completely. Would not send or receive. I attempted to contact both the seller and manufacturer but have not received any response.Update! I was contacted by the seller and they sent a replacement for the defective you unit .
