I like this pillow so far. I’ve tried many others and tried to shape them into this form and woken up throughout the night trying to reshape them, waking without adequate sleep and neck pain. I’ve only used it one night but slept through the night and woke up without neck pain. The height and firmness is sufficient.

Fixed my stiff neck, worth the money!
This pillow fixed my sore neck after only 3 nights. I removed the optional insert and used the larger side, then after 3 nights sleep I am able to tuck my chin down to my chest without any stiffness or strain. Was not expecting this and am so pleasantly surprised. If you like a nice soft cloud like pillow that your head sinks into this is not the one. This pillow is made for you to have proper support and it is very comfortable to me. Very much worth the money for anyone suffering from a stiff neck due to improper sleep position. The reason I purchased this one is because I saw it was adjustable, there is a smaller side and larger side as well as an insert that can be removed.

Surprisingly Comfortable
I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my neck pain, and it really did. The hollow center feels strange at first, but it actually keeps my neck supported without pushing too hard. The memory foam doesn’t smell, and the cooling cover is a nice bonus. I’ve been sleeping better, and I wake up with less stiffness. Definitely worth trying if you deal with neck pain.

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I was skeptical about this pillow, having bought a number of expensive ergonomic style pillows in the past. But anyone knows with persistent neck pain, you’re willing to try anything to be rid of it. Physio only goes so far when every night you go to sleep and undo all your recovery from the day. I was so surprised that this actually did work! The pillow is FIRM and shaped in a way that cradled my head and neck to prevent it from winding up in poor positions. I tend to lay both on my back and side and change frequently throughout the night and this prevented me from doing so in a way that gave me a crook neck. I love the raised sides that enable side sleeping and the dip in the middle that enables back sleep. I highly recommend you give it a try if you suffer neck pain due to sleep.
