Second time purchasing
I really like these silk sleeping mask. The first was a solid teal and fit perfectly. This is my second and I like the variety of patterns they give you. I was a little disappointed that this one was a little tighter than the first but now I don’t even notice. I’ll probably be buying another one to live at my son’s house for my visits. These make a great gift to!

Not a black out sleep mask – light goes thru it
not a black out mask – it is a block out mask. So while it blocks your view you still see light through the mask. I wanted black out so will be ordering a new one elsewhere.

I specifically looked for a silk sleep mask to not dry the skin around my eyes. But These sleep masks not only dry the skin so much that it starts to burn, but also dry your eyeballs so deep that not even eye drops can help you! (and this is coming from a person with oily skin!)Otherwise, they do block the light properly and the strap is very comfortable and not at all tight like so many peoplee said, even though my head size is on the bigger side.

I bought this mask because both the lining and filling were made of silk. I like this mask, but prefer another I bought from a different seller.I don’t think it would work for everyone for these reasons:- I have a small head and find the mask fits me perfectly, if not a little on the snug side depending on my hair. I don’t think this would fit someone with regular or larger head size.- The mask is completely made of silk which stays cool on the skin all night.- The elastic is comfortable but not adjustable for different head sizes- The filling is a little bulky so you do feel the mask on your eyes.- The mask itself is shorter so I don’t achieve a full black-out, some light can be seen either above or below my eyes.
