Great, puts me out in 30 minutes
These gummies are absolutely perfect are here’s why. They taste nice and fruity, have a small pill size and are easy to digest. They don’t linger in your mouth for long and within 30 minutes of taking it, it immediately puts me out. Mostly, because it’s 5 milligrams, so it’s your normal amount of melatonin anyway, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 1-2. Also, you have to want to sleep, like getting in bed and turning off the light for the effectiveness and the melatonin to kick in. One caveat, I do get tired by the middle of the day (or the afternoon slump.)

They have a nice soft texture, not too chewy, and a pleasant flavor. Like a little treat before bed.Puts me to sleep in about 45 minutes. Be sure to be laying down in a dark room ready for bed when they kick in: these won’t knock you out where you’re standing, but if you’re sleep-ready when they hit, I find them extremely effective. Without them I’d just lay awake for ages.

I buy these and cut them into smaller potions for my kids as it’s literally the same price to buy 1mg gummies and it lasts me much much longer. It’s nice to only have to take one, compared to other brands where the dose is 2 so you’re not even getting a lot in the containers.
