    Good reflecting journal
    This Lanpn Daily Gratitude Journal has 142 pages of daily, weekly, and monthly meditation, mindfulness, and gratitude writing prompts. The journal prompts include statements like, “What am I looking forward to?,” “Today’s gratitude,” “Today’s affirmation,” “Things I can do better” and others. Each prompt is meant to let you reflect on each day, what is going well, and setting goals and intentions for the future. Each page has a mood meter of five hearts to allow you to log your daily mood. The journal comes with two sheets of stickers, many of which are positive and encouraging sayings. I wish that the journal pages had more color and better graphics on each page. I think it would really add to feeling recharged and positive. As it is the pages are a little drab and lifeless for my taste, but others might feel the pages not drab but rather calming and perfect for reflecting.

    Really nice gratitude journal but did not come with the stickers
    I really love this gratitude journal. Beautiful floral design on the front is made for women! . Each page has a prompt for journaling or just jotting down how your day is going. Thick paper is great quality. Attached satin bookmark is helpful. It was supposed to come with stickers but they are not included with my order.

    Fun gratitude journal with prompts and goals
    I used to keep a gratitude journal in a little notebook next to my bed, but I’d fallen out of the habit of writing in it. I decided this cute journal would do the trick to motivate me to start again.This journal came shrink wrapped, protecting it from any marks during shipping. It also has some really cute stickers you can use however you want. I included a picture of one of the pages so you can get the idea of how the pages work. There are lots of different prompts and exercises for you to choose from. You don’t have to do these from front to back in the journal-I liked just skipping around and doing the pages that sounded like what I felt like writing about that day.Overall this is a great little journal-the perfect size (not as big as an 8×10 but not tiny, either). It’s the perfect size to fit in the average purse, backpack or messenger bag. This is a nice looking journal to get you started on your gratitude journey! There are a lot of studies out there showing how writing down simple things you’re grateful for actually improves your own happiness level, so give it a try.

    I used to keep a journal to note down 3 things I’m grateful for before I go to bed. I started in 2020 and managed to keep it up for a few years. Then I stopped doing it. I wasn’t using a special journal, just a regular notebook, and it sometimes felt like I was running out of ideas to jot down.When I saw this Lanpn daily gratitude journal, I knew it’s a great way to get the practice started again. This is a nice hard cover journal, and I picked the moon design which appears so serene to me. The paper stock is excellent quality, and once completed, it is definitely a keepsake.The difference with using this journal, compared to doing it freestyle as I did before, are the prompts. So handy to have some thought starters, daily affirmations, monthly reflections and mood tracking. Esp. when you’re out of ideas, by doing the included exercises (there’s no particular order that you must do them in), it ensures you don’t skip and stop the habit. All in all, a great tool as part of my self-care and managing my mental health.

    This is so much more than a gratitude journal. For me it is a way to self-discover and shift my mindset. It encourages mindfulness, how we behave and interact with others, and helps create positive habits while appreciating even the smallest of things in life.The daily prompts include gratitude, affirmations, mood tracking, and inspiring quotes, with added sections like habit trackers, weekly exercises, and monthly reflections. I see this book as an opportunity to grow into a better person, reduce stress, and view the world with a more positive perspective.
