Excellent Heating Pad with Superior Design
I am very pleased with the design of this heating pad. It covers my shoulders perfectly, and the length extends long down the back, offering substantial coverage.The most distinctive features are the security and comfort. The shoulder/neck portion with its Velcro closure is very different from other pads I’ve used. It stays nicely in place, enhanced by its comfortable weight and the fact that it is so soft, both inside and out. This design keeps everything secure and allows for comfortable, multi-hour wear.I particularly love the additional strap on the lower portion. This thoughtful addition is wonderful as it keeps the pad firmly against my back and body, ensuring the heat is felt constantly and the unit stays in the correct position, even when I move.After using this pad for over a week, the performance has been consistently excellent. The heat provided has not lost any warmth or changed since the first time I used it. I also appreciate the versatile controller, which offers a great selection of both timer settings and heat choices.All in all, this is a high-quality, very comfortable product that is not too heavy or cumbersome. Excellent results
I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders so I was interested in trying this heating pad for neck and back. I just arrived home from a long car trip and it was waiting for me. The fit is perfect. It has 6 heating levels and I have it at 2 and find it is very warm. It is comfortable, soft, and very flexible. Also 4 timer options. A great value for the price

Very nicely warm, very cozy
Does a nice job heating up your back—even on high setting it is not burning hot through a shirt, but just right amount to help relax the back. Different settings to control the level of heat is nice. May be small on some people—if u have big belly the strap may not go, but found the strap is not needed if just lounging back in a chair. Nice it is just focused on the back area. The neck area feels warmer then back so you may want to loosen that area so more on shoulders. I do wish the cord that plugs into the pad was about two feet longer to give more flexibility on placement. Cord from controller to wall may require an extension cord depending how close you are to outlet. Very high quality material and looks well made. Nice indicator light when plugged in to show it has power and make controller easy to find.

What a great heating pad Material is nice and soft to the touch. Remote is user friendly, and easy settings on the remote. It does have to be plugged in. Perfect for when I have back aches. It helps soothe it. Good for winter as well. Would highly recommend using this product.

No Helpful Heat Anywhere
I returned this pad after discovering it hardly generated any heat at all. Set at the maximum heat level, all I felt was a very mild heat in the middle of my back and no heat whatever in my neck or shoulders.
