For someone who is ADD it helps to have a “guide” when writing. I wanted to start reflecting on the grace and mercies in my life but I freeze when it’s time to write something down. This asks the questions and all I need to do is search my heart and then answer. The questions are short enough to keep me focused. The book is lovely, and the price is fantastic!I recommend!

It’s a quality journal, but is broken into 4 groups/questions. This one talks about today and yesterday. It has a place for affirmations. I prefer being able to write five different things I’m grateful for each day, with a little detail to them.

Over the years, I’ve purchased different gratitude journals similar to this one… this is in my top 3 of favorites! It shines in its simplicity. If the layout of a gratitude journal is too overwhelming or too introspective, I find that I won’t keep up with the habit. This one strikes the right balance. I like the thick pages too! I use my Mildliners or Tombow TwinTones. There’s a little bleed through, but it is minimal. I love flipping through the pages and seeing my little rainbow 🙂 I pour a hot cup of coffee, steal 5 min to myself without distractions, and start my day by choosing my marker color and completing a page in this book. I hope they keep making this one bc I really love it!
