Very supportive for my knees! With time it gets softer as I’ve used my yoga instructor’s before. I have my own knee pads now but the purple and black colors are lovely. I get enough support without compromising my yoga practice. Highly recommend these.

Bought a set, then bought more
My yoga mat is thin so I doubled it up with another mat, but working out on my knees was still to difficult. I bought a set of these knee pads, and it increased my comfort so much that I decided to buy a second set. I can now do a particular exercise I wanted to do to target my midsection. The second pads I have used to rest my elbows on. They do slip a bit during use on my carpet, but I am putting them between the edges of my 2 yova mats to reduce that slippage for the specific move I am doing. I love the purple color. It matches my yoga mat well.

Nice pads with good thickness but not too squishy, for a variety of exercises. They can slide on some surfaces and make an exercise more difficult, like during an incline pushup from the knees. But they’re great for most cases.

I didn’t buy cheaper ones due to mixed reviews, so can’t compare. These are fantastic for cushioning sensitive joints. I can finally just focus on my body’s movement and not on the discomfort of elbows or knees digging into the floor. They slide easily on yoga mats, towels or wooden floors, so be mindful.
