What a fun idea! Worth the purchase every time.
What an amazing idea. I have so many people in my life who can’t take pills because of one reason or another. Finally I can just get them these strips when they need a boost of energy! The quality, taste, and effectiveness of these is just out of this world and allows me to get my hours of work in even when I’m slipping into a sleepy moment. And on that note… The sleep quality from the melatonin ones has been a hit in my home too. Definitely worth the purchase.

Compact little strips for caffeine or melatonin boosts
This set of strips is packaged very cutely with fun colors. The lids on each are held on initially by a sticker, but otherwise just slide on and off afterwards so I probably wouldn’t throw either of these in something like a purse, but keep somewhere like your desk or nightstand. Each strip is individually wrapped and is kind of waxy in texture. With the current pricing, each strip in this set comes out to about $0.75 each.The instructions say to place it on your tongue and let it dissolve there, which is easy to do. Both of them always end up stuck on the roof of my mouth instead, but still dissolve quickly and easily from there anyways. The energy strips taste minty, like toothpaste, despite the red appearance that made me think it might taste like cinnamon candy. I was then expected the night time strips to also be minty, but they actually taste sort of fruity; a look at the ingredient list says they have both cranberry and spearmint flavor, but I guess I’m only tasting the cranberry.Based on a quick internet search, the average cup of coffee has 80-100mg of caffeine in it and most energy drinks have 100+mg, some even have 300mg. If you’re looking to use these to replace either of those in your regular diet, it’ll take quite a few since each of the energy strips ends up having only 50mg of caffeine in it so these might be better as just a boost or in addition to whatever your regular source of caffeine is.While the energy strips have maybe a bit less caffeine in them than I’d personally like, the sleep strips have the opposite problem and have more melatonin in them than I’d prefer. You should definitely do your own research on melatonin before starting to take it, but usually I think most people start fairly low, like 0.5 to 1mg, in order to find the lowest possible level at which is effective at helping them sleep. I think 5mg is a pretty large dose and more than I personally need for a sleepy boost so I’ve been breaking/cutting them into fourths, which has worked well for me.

Loved
I personally have only tried the energy strippies but I’m a fan. I used one while I had a delay at the airport for multiple hours and I felt a nice energy boost for the entire delay without feeling jittery there or on the flight. They taste nice too, kind of like candy. Haven’t tried the sleep strips but I gave some to my mom who has trouble sleeping and she thinks they do mellow her out.

Tastes great, expensive, not sure if they really worked
These strips are convenient and easy to use, especially when you’re on the go and don’t have access to water. They dissolve quickly on the tongue and have a refreshing flavor, which is a nice touch. The compact packaging makes them great for travel or tossing in a gym bag. I didn’t experience any major side effects, but the energy boost felt pretty mild for me compared to coffee or other supplements. The sleep strips helped me relax, though I didn’t fall asleep significantly faster than usual. Overall, they’re a handy option with clean ingredients, but results may vary depending on your needs and sensitivity. I think the first night I tool the sleep strip I did fall asleep quickly, but that was about it. They are also pretty expensive for the ease of use. Although these seem like they contain quality ingredients I did not find them to be overly effective.

These Tongue Strips Actually Work
I have been enjoying these little strips for the last week and I can say that they do work somewhat. The daytime strips have been a bit helpful during the 2pm mark when I start to feel tired at work. The nighttime strips have helped me fall asleep as long as I take them around a half hour before bed. It has a low-ish dosage of Melatonin (5mg) and Theanine, which are both known to help with relaxation, calmness, and are well known sleep aids. They have both worked well for me, historically.The only thing that I don’t love about these strips is the texture. They’re thicker than breath strips, so they don’t immediately dissolve – they linger on your tongue for a bit longer and do leave an aftertaste. Not completely unpleasant, but not exactly pleasant either.Another pro about this package is that the strips are individually wrapped in such a way that you can throw them inside a pocket or inside a bag for later and they’ll be fine. Peeling back the wrapping is easy.

Simple dissolvable strips for either waking up or going to sleep.
These taste great. I would use this if i need something quick and easy to either get to sleep fast or get my day going. Easily dissolves on your tongue. Very effective at what it does.

The “Dissolvable Strips – Energy & Sleep Multi-Pack – Wellness in A Strip” is a good product at a great price!The “Energy” and “Sleep” strips did work as advertised, but they left me with an odd aftertaste.Still a good product, at a great price, for your Energy, Sleep, and overall health!Recommended!
