I had one by this company for years and then it died. My first one was very accurate, loved it. I used it at my skincare clinic. This one is not accurate at all. So, so disappointed

Ok. i did not know this was shipping from China, but you realized address was in USA.i think typed /translated instructions/guidelines would have been beneficial to understand how to use this product.

Don’t waste your money
Worst product every; I was told both by Amazon and the seller that the batteries that thry sent me a link to would fit my item, get the batteries and surprise, the batteries don’t fit.

As others have stated, this Digital Monitor For Skin did come missing batteries. Not a big deal – I have so many batteries at home, but, it was definitely a red flag and not a good first impression.I just don’t know how accurate this is nor what the percentages even mean. I can test the same area within minutes of each other and the percentage is different. Not WAY off, but still enough to make me wonder how accurate it is…I’m going to keep messing around with it to see if I can figure it out more (directions aren’t very helpful), and if I end up loving it and changing my mind, I will come back and update my review. And km really hoping this ends up working properly because I’ve wanted one of these for a while! Fingers crossed!

Item is self explanatory to use, but does not indicate what the numbers represent
This item arrived in a sturdy box that’s taped over. It requires two AAA batteries, and there is an empty slot inside the box that seems to be for the batteries that’s supposed to be included but is missing.I installed the batteries and turned the unit on. It has two readings, but I don’t know what the readings represent. The instructions did not say anything about what the numbers represent. I was confused about understanding the readings. This skin tester is not bad, but doesn’t look as quality made as it could have been. One thing I do notice, is that if you put this device on something that’s not your skin, it won’t even work. So the skin detection is no joke.

I just opened the box and saw that there was an empty place inside, which should be the place where the battery was placed. I wonder if this product has ever been used.
