I’ve never purchased a pillow like this and i’m glad I did. You’re definitely able to streamline you your head and neck so you don’t have any neck or back pain while you’re sleeping. I recently got into a ebike accident and broke a few bones. My collarbone, in particular, was the worst of it, and this pillow is genuinely helping my sleep. The way i’m able to position my arm on the side of it is a game changer. It’s firm, but soft and my head fits perfectly into the mold. I definitely would recommend this for anybody that wants to keep their head and neck straight, or if you just want to be able to position your arms in a way to give you that extra support. So glad I bought this!

Love this pillow.
I ordered this and got next day delivery. It came in a roll, but quickly expanded when opened. The very first night I used it I noticed a big difference in the morning. I have bursitis in my shoulder and I was in pain. This pillow supports my head and neck in either position I sleep. I am mostly a side sleeper, but am now comfy on my back. The pillow cradles my head in both positions and I am much more comfortable and not in as much pain. I love this pillow and have sent links for it to many of my friends.

Great pillow for neck and better sleep
So far so good. A month of using this pillow has reduced morning neck pain and my sleep has been improving. One way is for back sleeping and just turn it 180 degrees and it’s a side sleeper.Update: after washing the pillow covering the snap that pulls materiel together in the center fell out. After inspecting this pillow and the one I just bought for my wife it appears to be a bad quality area at the button but doesn’t seem to make much difference with the exception of finding that spot for your ear or back of your head for alignment.

Neck Pain No More!
This pillow has helped the pain in my neck so much. I have been pleasantly surprised. It took some time to figure out which side was best for me, but it prevented me with options which was very helpful. I was able to adjust it to best serve me. It is well made, with the memory foam being thick enough and still soft. For the money and the relief it provided, it was a good value…and it is cooling!

Nothing special about this pillow. It works like most of the others of this type.
Not for people with short necks, especially the side with the ramped foam extension for the neck. When I used the thicker side of the pillow, that does not have the neck extension, it was too high for me, lifting my head to an uncomfortable angle. When I laid on my side, my elbow was too far out past the end of the pillow to use the arm grooves on the end of the pillow. When I did reposition my head away from the center, my arm had to be lifted uncomfortably to use the arm groove. It was easier to just slide my arm under the pillow. The overall quality of the pillow is very good and the foam had a nice balance between softness and firmness. For me, this pillow was less comfortable than a good quality standard memory foam pillow of the right thickness for my size.

Good but expect a break in period to get used to this new style.
I got this to help with my mild sleep apnea. Its super comfortable when lying flat on your back but sleeping on your left side is preferable for apnea. The 2 heights are good for tailoring it to your needs. But one side makes my shoulder hurt a little & the other sometimes makes my hip hurt. Expect a break in period.
