Ok, writing this before long term use and reliability. Absolutely great massager. The inclusion of both heat and cold takes it to another level. Strong motor and long battery life along with it’s light weight makes for easy and great massage use. Great packaging and a variety of heads a big plus. Very niiiice!

FANTASTIC Massage Gun!!
FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn’t charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this massager for not only how well it works, but also for the great company and service they provide!!!

Nice Massage Gun & attachments, Good Company
We purchased one for ourselves and one for a family member.Gentle enough for my wife/sensitive people, and moderately strong for deeper work. Good balance for a massage gun with different needs.Gun is more compact and lighter than some.Seems to be of good quality.Attachments have a thread in system, so secure.The cold/heat attachment really does both, and is my wife’s favorite!Charge time is pretty good, I’d guess more than an hour of running time on a charge.Recharging takes a few hours.The hot/cold attachment charges separately.We find this to be effective.We have used it on low back, hips/glutes, thighs/quads, legs, arms.The force is pretty good, we typically use on a lower slower setting. Amplitude is the same just a lower frequency.Has nice zipper soft case for massage gun and attachments.Check out Bob & Brad videos on YouTube too, very educational!Original unit stopped working, charging after 8 months, but contacting Bob and Brad was easy and they shipped a replacement unit which arrived in just 5 days via Amazon. Great customer support and service!

Your muscles NEED this new Hot/Cold Massage Gun!
Our Review on Bob and Brad new Heat & Ice Massage GunThis gun is amazing! It not only works to soothe our aching muscles with a number of different attachment heads, but now we can utilize the benefits of heat as well as cold action!There is so much to love about this gun! The gun still comes with a handy carrying case and is easy to charge but this new model has an even easier to read display that shows you what speed you are massaging on. It also has an extremely helpful way to immediately turn it off (holding down the power button for a few seconds) without having to run it through all the different speeds as the old gun had you do. The newest thing about it is the heat/ice head. This head activates with a simple push of a button on the head and has TWO different hot and cold temperatures to choose from. The lights on the hot/cold head begin to flash when the head is down to 25% battery life so you never are caught off guard with the head not charged. The head also is able to be charged along with the gun for use without having to charge it separately – a really handy feature we thought😊 You can easily tell how charged your gun is as the charge lights are brightly displayed on the handle. All the buttons are readily accessible while you are using the fun. When the head is on the cold feature it has a cooling fan that continues to run for a few seconds after you turn it off to make sure the head is properly maintained. The fan is extremely quiet as is the gun itself. The extra benefit of the heat and cold being able to be applied to the muscles in a circular motion is a great benefit to your pre and post workout experience. You can even bring your gun with you to the gym and use it in the middle of your workout to warm up and cool down your muscles. Heat can be used for relaxing your muscles and the cold feature can be used for any injuries or swelling you may be dealing with. But we mostly love being able to toggle between hot and cold to enhance our circulation, reduce any muscle spasms and accelerate recovery. We LOVE our new Bob and Brad Hot/Cold Massage gun that we are going to buy our daughter one for Christmas – she will be so excited to bring it to her job as a fitness trainer/group instructor at the gym.

Very strong motor that hits tight knots and feels great. The head attachments included are thorough and comprehensive – I love the flat head that can cool and warm up so I can change the temp depending on my needs. They include a USB-C charger cable, spare rubber grommets, and a travel carry case which is very thoughtful and has let me enjoy it even when I’m overseas. The 2 year warranty is very generous, and they upheld it when my unit had an issue. This product is seriously great value and I use it every day.

Great machine which I purchased in January 2025 and I was really impressed with the quality and power of this massage gun, which I think has a better amount of power than the large gun that I wanted to replace.After 7 months of using daily the massage gun stopped charging. We contacted customer service who were very quick in replying and after a quick video of the issue I was sent a replacement machine straight away which arrived 4 days later after showing the video evidence of my issue.So again I would not be put off with buying or recommending this product even with the problem I encountered as the customer service for Bob and Brad is 5 stars and the 2yr warranty is great as well
