Q: Tips for accurate blood pressure readings during measurement?
A: Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor.
Rest your arm on a flat surface, palm facing up, with your wrist at heart level to minimize movement.
Stay still and silent during the measurement.
Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.
Q: Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?
A: Individual blood pressure varies multiple times everyday. It is also affected by the way you tie your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.
(If an error occurs during measurement, refer to the ‘Troubleshooting’ section in the user manual to resolve the issue.)

Accurate and Easy to Use for Daily Monitoring
I purchased this to help monitor my mom’s blood pressure at home. She has Alzheimer’s, so I needed something simple, accurate, and easy to read. This machine has been perfect for that. The LED display is large and bright, and the readings are quick.The cuff adjusts well and fits comfortably. I love that it stores the readings because it makes it easy to show the doctor her trends without having to write everything down. The storage bag keeps everything together so I can grab it quickly when I need it.The only small thing is that it took me a few tries to get the cuff placed just right the first time, but once I got the hang of it, it has been smooth. Overall, this has really helped us keep track of her health from home.

East to use and very consistent results. I took it to my latest doctor appointment and the readings were like maybe four or five numbers lower than my doctor’s unit, but knowing that helps me understand my readings. It’s also very comfortable to use. My older Omron unit felt like it was squeezing my arm too hard, but this doesn’t do that.

Simple to use, Illuminated screen, low cost
It’s looks exactly like the same model I’ve had for Years, hardly updated but finally gave up and needed to be replaced.Not many BP pressure monitors have an Illuminated screen which is one of its selling points, besides being very simple to use. It includes a storage/carry case with charging cables, though it’s more easily powered by 3 AA batteries.The cuff is decent and about medium size. The metal bars used with the cuff is questionable as it still feels flimsy.Do NOT flex your arm with the cuff on or the metal bars will literally break!Unfortunately, this US version does not have the standup stand which is seen in the pictures upon searching Chinese sites for the unit. The company’s information is on the box for reference. The monitor has to be laid flat to use.Calm down and sit still & up, the left arm relaxed with cuff at your side, close to your heart, with your head up & feet shoulder width apart and just be relaxed for a few minutes ~10 min or so.Then take the reading.You should repeat ~2~3 readings after relaxing between each one to get a consistent reading.

I got this Blood Pressure Monitor Upper Arm Machine from Amazon, and I gotta say, it’s super cool! It’s the Accurate Adjustable Manual BP Cuff Kit with an LED backlit display, and it even has memory for 2 users with 240 sets total. Plus, it comes with a handy storage bag, and it’s white, which looks pretty sleek.I was kinda worried at first because I have a smaller arm, but the cuff fits perfectly! Like, no slipping or anything, which is awesome. The display is bright and easy to read, even when I’m checking it in my dim room. It’s also super simple to use—just wrap it on, press a button, and boom, you get your blood pressure reading. The memory feature is great too because I can keep track of my readings over time without writing anything down.Honestly, this thing is a total win for the price. If you need a reliable blood pressure monitor that works for smaller arms and looks good, this one’s the way to go! 5 stars!

I bought one of these following my father having a stroke and he needed to monitor his blood pressure, he isn’t particularly tech savvy but this was simple to use and he now checks daily.Couldn’t recommend these enough, if you or your family suffer with high blood pressure it’s definitely worth buying one of these and monitoring your blood pressure, if you have high blood pressure speak to a medical professional. It could literally save your life one day!
