I love the softness of the cover and the easy to use controls. I didn’t think I would use the attached belt, but it helps the heating pad to stay on my back when I lay on my side. The length provides pain relief on my shoulders, neck and back all at once, increasing its effects.

She loves it—the end, lol. The digital temperature readout is a great value for the money. She loves the coverage from the front of her shoulder up to her neck and back down to her lower back. And the weight is just right so that heat really gets into her shoulder and neck.
