What cause diffuser defective and suddenly stopped working?
Water might enter into the diffuser base and damaged the circuit board, always pour water with the correct direction to avoid water enters into the diffuser board.
Why the diffuser does not taking out steam?
The reason is adding too much water that exceed the MAX line of the water tank, that would cause no steam comes out, please keep water under the MAX line that ensures diffuser works properly.
Why the mist is so weak or less mists come out?
Add too much water and exceed the max line, the water level must under the max line, otherwise the mist can not come out.
Why no mist comes out from the water tank?
The diffuser was placed on an uneven surface, causing the fan port to be blocked. Please place the diffuser on a flat surface to ensure that the product works properly.
Why the diffuser shuts off itself?
The water runs out or up to the timer setting, the unit shuts off automatically to ensure safety.

I am new to the world of diffusers. I bought smaller ones for my sons’ bedrooms. We used some of our favorite essential oils and I was amazed with how effective they were! I immediately knew I wanted a larger one for my living room/kitchen area.This diffuser arrived quickly, packaged well.It was incredibly simple to unbox and set up. It looks exactly as it advertised, the details are beautiful and on its own, without the lights, is interesting to look at.To use the diffuser, fill to the max line and add 15 (ish) drops of your favorite oil. The timer feature is great to ‘set and forget’ – with 2, 4, and 6 hour options. You can also adjust the lighting easily as well.I love turning it on at the end of my day and relaxing. I dim the lights in the living room and unwind with its gentle flow and my favorite scented oil. Filling it to the max line gives you about two six-hour sessions (which is perfect for me). I’ve been using it for a few weeks now with no issues. Definitely worth the price, but I will update on how it holds up in a few months!

Nice product with impressive customer service!
**UPDATED*** When I first bought this product I LOVED it. It has a huge tank – and would run for 3 hours. I kept it very clean each day wiping it down inside and out. The “return” window closed after two months. I had it for nearly 4 months and when stopped working entirely. It just quit. I was disappointed because I would expect that it would last at least a year. ***UPDATE*** 9/9/2025 When the seller read my review, they reached out and offered to send me a brand new one . I’m very impressed with the customer service. It’s evident they value their customers. I definitely recommend this product. It’s beautiful, has a huge water tank – and although i don’t use the light colors, they are very beautiful

*UPDATED* Beautiful…..for the 4 months that it lasted
I am so disappointed 😞 I received this on January 30 and immediately started using it. It was SO beautiful! The colors were vibrant and pretty and I loved how there were 3 timer settings. The size was perfect. I got so many compliments on it. Then on May 23, the lights stopped working. It still emitted vapor and everything else, but the lights are what made it special and beautiful. Now it’s just another essential oil diffuser, except it doesn’t light up. I guess I should’ve bought the cheap one to begin with. ***UPDATE*** 6/1/2025 When the seller read my review, they reached out and offered to send me a new one and it is SO BEAUTIFUL and works perfectly. I am very impressed with the customer service. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and it is evident they value they’re customers. I definitely recommend this product. It’s the prettiest one I have seen and the seller will make sure you’re satisfied and stay that way : )

Works with nice lighting
Looks nice, the tree pattern with the lights is a plus. Good steady stream.3 Reasons for 4 atars,1) It should also have a 15 and/or 30 min setting on the timer. This is the first diffuser I have hadthat does not.2) The matal sheets cause 4 seams that I find unsightly.3) No remote. Yes, I should have read the description better but I like to have the ability to turn on/off, set the timer and color from across thw room as my desk is on the opposite side from where the diffuser is.

Steam isnt adjustable and sounds like leaking faucet
This is cute but to be honest it doesn’t put out much steam and it sounds like a leaking faucet.I have a different brand not as nice looking and steam is controlable and doesn’t make this annoying dripping faucet sound. Im hoping something is wrong with this one and it can be replaced and a replacement steam work better and none of the noise! Also its been runing over an hour and timer is showing set to run 1 hour and it has not automaticaly turning off. Request a replacement apparently this is defective.

Thank you so much h for the great customer service!!——loved using this every day for the past four months until it stopped diffusing. I clean it religiously and take very good care of it. It completely stopped turning on a few days ago. I was going to buy a second, but sadly it’s past the return window. Due to it stopping, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money I spent on it. It is really beautiful I will keep the top part.

As per description I bought this item and which is reached from USA, cover is metal and may chance to get iron rust, inside plastic is good quality and it is excellent. Only price is little high , accordingly metal cover is not too worth. Thanks

I almost didn’t get this one because it’s a bit on the pricier side for a diffuser this size but it just looked so pretty that I had to take a chance… and I’m glad I did! I’ve refilled it maybe four times now and it’s working great. It’s beautiful even when it’s not on and running. If you’re considering getting it because you think it looks cool, you won’t be disappointed. And it’s also a decent diffuser 😉

I received it yesterday and it’s very beautiful metal cover. The colors change on their own and you can choose to stop it at whatever shade it passes through by pressing the lights button again. Then there are preset colors like blue red yellow people green. It’s quiet, can hear the water swushing sometimes. It’s powerful, filled my apartment. The water lasts long. There is a timer also where it turns off light and mist. My most was congested for years and finally yesterday, it opened when I had this running! A few minutes after! I’m using Rosemary and Clary sage together. Wonderful relaxing and opened my rhinitis! Very happy with it. I will use it daily especially in the winter.
