Excellent, informative scale that encourages use
This is a very attractive scale with a contemporary flair. I like that when the scale is not in use, the measurement disappears. When activated, the scale screen reading glows through the opaque looking white platform and is easy to read. It looks much better than the first photograph image on the product page.I use the iPhone app which was easy to install. Under the “My Account” It has tabs/buttons for FAQs, Add a User, and also Settings that allow the user to customize options and set a weight goal, select weight units and connect to other health apps and devices. On the “Measurement” page, It gives the user access too many different kinds of data and tracks the progress from the first weigh in. On the “History” page the data is charted by the week, month, or year. The scale will remember 20 uses and upload it to the Arboleaf app when it is opened. At this point it doesn’t seem to sort the information per email address or other identifying means, but relies on the user to identify the measurements belong to them. My husband and I both use the scale and as multi-users, it was a little confusing at first when we did not open the app before measurement. My husband did not want to have his phone with him when he weighed himself and he did not want to select the measurements that belonged to him when he opened his Arboleaf app. I decided that it would solve the problem if I always had the app opened when I weighed myself so that the scale did not need to store my data. That seems to be a solution but I am hoping that Arboleaf will update the app and improve that feature. I have other devices that regularly improve the function of their product through updates and I am hoping and expecting this company will also.I do like this scale and I believe it is worth the purchase price.

    An Outstanding Smart Scale
This is my second smart scale. The first was reasonably competent, but it failed after less than a year, so I decided to try this one. This scale has raised the bar in terms of quality and accuracy by a mile. The scale itself feels really solid when you hold it, not like some cheap plastic scale, and it looks great. When powered up, the readout is a pretty blue, and it just appears at the top of the scale. The scale doesn’t look like there is a screen there until it lights up. Pairing with my iPhone was incredibly simple. Just download the app and follow the steps there.Where this scale really shines, however, is the speed and ease of use of the smart features. On my old scale, you had to open the app, wait for it to connect to the phone, then step on the scale. That could be a 10 second process just waiting. With this one, you just open the app and step on the scale. Instant response. Not only that, but this app actually works in the background (the other one was supposed to, but never did). What that means is that you can step on the scale with the phone in your pocket, and it still records your measurements. We have several family members using this scale, and so far it has connected to the correct person each time (I’m guessing it uses the weight to determine which user is standing on the scale). My only regret is that I didn’t buy this scale the first time!

THIS is the scale to buy. It’s outstanding.
All I wanted was a digital scale that DID NOT do the thing where it says the exact same weight every time you step on it, including after taking a big dump. That’s what my last two scales did, and from reading lots of reviews (particularly reading the one star reviews) and lots of comment threads online it appears that virtually all digital scales do this as an artifical way of making the scale seem consistent. The workaround was to weigh yourself holding an object that weighs a couple pounds to “clear” the memorized weight and weigh yourself again. This is the only scale I’ve found with which no one said it did this in the one star reviews, everyone says it’s a good scale as far as measuring weight goes. Sure enough, it works perfectly. You can see the weight changing with your body shifting as it tasks itself with figuring out the average, and if you weigh yourself again it might change by .2 or so, which is what I actually want to see as it makes sense that it can vary depending on body movement. And it works great as just a scale if you don’t want to use the app.The scale itself is very slick. I wear size 12 wide and it’s plenty big enough. It’s very easy to read, and the app is very nice. My BMI read the same as what my doctors office told me it was. I have doubts as to whether or not all that data really comes from the sensors, but it is interesting to look at the data and it’s great how it keeps track. I’ve already lost over 5 pounds and 1.2% of my body fat since I got it and it charts out your weight changes and body fat changes over time.

This works so much better than my old scale. It accurately reflects fat better than the old model. All it’s measurements in the app are very useful.I am a slightly over weight 58 year old male who is excercising and working to get my weight down. So NOT an athlete and so far this has nailed what I am very accurately. I did take the time to do all the body measurements in the app though which likely helps it figure things out better. My old scale consistently said I was 30% body fat and this one is reflecting the more accurate 23-24% I am actually at. It also is reflecting my muscle mass more accurately at 128lbs versus 118lbs on the old scale.

La compré porque es la que usaba mi nutrióloga, me gusta lo simple y rápida que es, además en la app en el apartado de tendencias puedes ver los comparativos a lo largo del tiempo

I bought this 2 months ago and was rather happy, when today it suddenly doesn’t work. It keeps giving a different weight and fluctuated between 68.7 and 66 before I gave up.Rather shameful for it to breakdown so soon. There has also been a few occasions where the measurements were questionable.

The setup was really easy. We have 3 people using it – all accounts were setup and paired with phones minutes after taking out of box. Really like the scale of what your measurements are and what range they should be in.
