Great for damaged/ dry hair
I LOVE this hair mask, I have bleached hair so I got this as my bond repair, I use it twice a month. I absolutely love the smell and my hair feels so good after using it.

Good product but expensive for comparable products
This stuff works well but for the price not good value. food for soft by matrix is in a large container but just as good if not better (you can use way more) as this amika in a tiny bottle.

I LOVE THIS. I tried soul food first by this is my favorite. It makes my frizzy horrible hair so soft. At first I wanted to wait to see if it was just a temporary thing.. i’ve been using olaplex, brushing different, oiling my scalp (which has been a total game changer- using mielle rosemary oil and I literally stopped shedding except like 10 hairs in the shower), and just all over taking better care of my hair so it’s hard to tell what did what. but I use this whenever I wash.. which sounds expensive but this has this buttery way to it that a little bit covers everything and it’s totally covered too it’s not like i’m being stingy. Also I have long hair too almost to my waist. I would use more in a heartbeat but your hair can only absorb so much. I shampoo first and then towel dry my hair in the shower away from the water… use this then put it up in a clip with a cap. then I shave and whatnot for 10 mins then rinse this out and it works wonderfully for me. i’m a caucasian woman with frizzy curly wavy hair that’s really long. I know everyone is different but I couldn’t say enough good things about this. The small tube had somehow lasted all this time with more in it so that’s nice too.
